Piece of junk.

Every so often, it asks me to log in and even if my password is correct, it would say that it is incorrect. Then I click the forget password and then give my retrieving email address. It would give me a link to change my password. But after my new password is confirmed, I still could not log in because it would say - Incorrect password. It’s a headache especially when I am not home. I’m sick of it and no more this kind of app and cameras. I’ll throw them to the garbage where they belong.

Like and dislike

I was so excited to get the camera for Christmas to use in my nursery. But, half the time I can’t see the room because it keeps saying disconnected. I’ve gone so far as to manually reset everything (meaning getting on a chair to reset the camera, deleting the account, etc) multiple times to get it to work again. I don’t have the patience for this. I just want the darn thing to work!! 😤

Totally useless

Had a hard time install. Would not work wirelessly had to hard connect to the network. Camera works fine now but only on WiFi. I won’t connect when on the internet!! Not much good if you can’t use the app and camera outside of your house!!

IP CAMERA APP

I rarely write bad reviews, but this app is worthless. The whole premise with obtaining a home security camera is that the phone app works. This phone app does not work unless you are on your homes WiFi that your camera is connected to. The app will not connect to your camera through any other WiFi or a cellular connection. Which makes purchasing a camera to keep track of your home when you are away from it useless. The camera appears to be a good camera but the app that powers it makes the camera useless.

Hello, as long as you connect the camera wireless WiFi, you can use the cellular to watch the camera

Disappointed

Worked fine for a week. Now just keeps saying 'offline'. Additionally, it's telling me my password is wrong but there's no way I can find of getting it reset (despite adding an email address to the account), AND it's telling me there's an upgrade needed, but the upgrade button is greyed out and unclickable. Can't find any help or support online.

Can’t Register

Bought our son a camera for his room, and we can’t register in the app. Shows registration failed. Also, that’s the same thing the camera keeps saying “registration failed”. Going to have to return camera if we can’t get it to work with app. I’m already worried from the reviews I read if camera stops connecting after an update. Right now we can’t register to app!!

I need to reset the password can anyone help how to go around without using the original password as that password is not recognized

Bought 2 of these

Bought 2 expecting these to be good decent cameras. The zoom function is horrendous. 1080p? 720p? It’s okay if your waiting for a bird to fly past in HD but not for what security purposes I required them for. Totally inadequate for my needs but still acts as a deterrent. Should improve zoom functionally to be more clearer along with support for these cameras then I’ll rate 5 stars. Updates seem to be of little value to what truly needs to be updating on them.

Fixed

If any out there have updated their ipad, then click on your camera app and go to your settings on camera and update the firmware. The update fixed mine as it had stopped working.

Won't work

I updated and now I can't access my camera. Beware... don't update! I guess you get what you pay for since this camera was on the cheaper end, but I seriously wish I hadn’t spent a dime on it, this is the second time an update has rendered the camera useless, and it’s a pretty ugly wall decoration.
