More features than Apple’s Photos app
HashPhotos has a familiar layout—similar to Apple Photos. Thumbnails sorted by date, with options for rectangular thumbnails and various sizes. Apple Photos lacks some advanced features found in HashPhotos.

In summary, if you want robust photo management on your iOS device, **HashPhotos** is a powerful alternative to Apple Photos. I love the ability to edit or remove metadata and the image convert tools.

Tray feature doesn’t work as expected

Thank you for using the HashPhotos app and for leaving a review. We plan to improve the app in the next update so that photos saved in the Tray will be retained even after restarting the app.
It's great, wish for more zoom options
The app has been great for organizing and keeping a separate, non-camera gallery without messing with iOS's own.
Keeps freezing up until I have to delete the app
It can happen any moment. When I try to use the smart album feature, it will load and load and load and never end. It doesn’t matter if I close the app or turn off my phone, as soon as I open the app again, it’s still stuck loading. Basically frozen in processing mode. The only way to resolve this is by deleting the app entirely off my phone, which of course deletes all the data I had on the app, such as keywords and other smart albums, but there’s no other way around it.
However, I still like using this app. It’s helping me get my photos better organized on the iCloud. But I can only use HashPhotos as a tool and not an actual photo storage app—not a great idea anyway in case you lose the app, because you might lose your photos. So when I redownload the app, I make sure to save my progress ONLY on the phone’s photo album.
11/10 👍 A must have. This is the photo management app that Apple should have made.

Fantastic photo app!
Some minor bugbears are that simple edits like cropping take more taps than Photos, and help/tutorials could be so much better. They do have some videos but they have no sound (why??????), and a decent video tutorial/guide would get users over the initial learning curve and easily generate sales.

Updated: pro version not restoring on iPad
This is brilliant! The ability to organise photos by a number of methods is great, and the all-in-one functionality is excellent. The most important thing is the ability to transfer images directly to your machine (whether PC or Mac), or other devices, simply by sending them over the network, after installing the companion software (free). This completely solves the problem of the stupid way Apple fails with photo transfer, and makes backing up or transferring photos effortless, as it already should be but isn’t with the existing Photos app! It’s totally worth paying for the full functionality, and it’s very reliable. This is one app that is regularly recommended to others, on the strengths of the photo transfer ability alone, never mind all the other things it does well!

Please log out of the App Store, restart your device, and try restoring your purchase. If it still doesn't work and you've purchased Pro Lifetime on your iPhone, purchase Pro Lifetime on your iPad again. Purchasing the same item with the same Apple ID won't charge again.
