  • Lights are great.

    Improved app features and thank you for including an Watch variant. I can turn my lights on without pulling my phone out now. Thanks for listening to our suggestions.
  • Needs work

    The app connected to the bulb half of the time prior to iOS 9 and geofencing was hit and miss sometimes requiring me to be right next to the lamp before it would turn on. Now the app itself won't run at all.
  • Terrible app

    Lights work as advertised. Not very bright, but functional.

    Unfortunately, the app is trash. Crashes immediately on opening (iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4). Now I'm stuck with 3 lightbulbs in an odd color (Orange for at night when I'm on call) without the ability to change back to white.

    App desperately needs to be fixed before I would ever recommend this. The Philips hue seems to be a more reliable product.

  • How I fixed the firmware-upgrade-breaks-the-bulb problem

    I've been using Delite and the Revogi bulb together for months with no problem. However, when I followed the prompts to upgrade the firmware recently, the bulb stopped showing up in the app. After trying a ton of different things to fix the problem, here's how I succeeded:
    1. Delete the app.
    2. In Bluetooth settings, forget all devices. (I don't know if this is necessary, but this is what I did. I had to forget each device one by one.)
    3. Turn Bluetooth off.
    4. Close all open apps.
    5. Power down my iPhone - not just putting it to sleep but using the power button to shut it down.
    6. Restart iPhone.
    7. Change bulb to different light fixture.
    8. Reinstall app.
    9. Turn Bluetooth back on.
    10. Launch app.

    After doing all that, the bulb reappeared in the app. It had forgotten all of its settings but I was able to change everything back to the way it was. The app also said that the firmware was current.

    I wasn't able to find any help or troubleshooting tips online anywhere, so I hope these steps help someone else.

    I'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars - the firmware upgrade shouldn't have broken the connection between the bulb and the app, and there should be online support somewhere. ...but when the app and bulb are working well together, I love it!

  • Bulb Doesn't Work

    Once I upgraded the app, it prompted me to upgrade the firmware of my lightbulb. After the update finished, my bulb turned off and now can no longer be detected by the app or turned on at all. One would think after spending $35 on a lightbulb that it would actually work, or at least turn on.
  • Great Alternative to Hue

    I initially experienced some blue tooth connectivity issues when I first got these bulbs. I've upgraded the firmware and am running it on the current IOS and it runs perfectly. It's a great cost efficient alternative to the Phillips Hue bulbs. The colors are rich. The App easily navigable. I love it. It's got some entertaining built in light routines that you may never need. Strobe, disco to name a few; well maybe you'll use them if you need information from somebody. Get em' for the color. Not the rave

  • Works great for me.

    I felt compelled to write a review for this app after seeing the bad reviews stating it doesn't work. I am using an iPhone 6, with current iOS version. I have not had any crashes or issues and both the lightbulb and app work great. Those having issues may want to try turning their device off and on (not a hard reset) and if that doesn't work, try an uninstall/reinstall with power cycle immediately following. (This is recommended after installing ANY new app btw)

    I am however giving it a 4 star review instead of 5 because of the spelling error "music" is spelled "muisc" visualizer, even after the update.

  • Update

    Update is awful. I own 4 bulbs and have always had issues connecting but have been able to make it work at very close range. After my iPhone updated automatically, the app will not work. Re downloaded and now I get 4 stupid screens telling me how to install bulbs. This is insulting. I am tech savvy and am patient with new things, but I've had these for months and now I cannot control $150 worth of stupid "smart" light bulbs.

  • Awesome app works great.

    I have had the app for a bit now and I love it everything about it. I love the new feature which are amazing and how you can match a color from a picture love the app get it 100%.
