Very serious membership problems
I love the app and its approach. I’ve subscribed to it for many years. However, there is a VERY serious problem with the technical side of it. I’ve lost membership benefits quite a few times, and for quite a few months now. Support is a joke. You first get a quote of your complaint, then a generic “try this” E-Mail, then another generic “engineers are working on it” message, with absolutely no results. Many parts of app stopped working after app update.
No response from App Help
I don’t know what has happened to this app or its developers. All my requests for help have gone unanswered. Once a favourite of mine. I’m a long-time subscriber.
Many of the meditations stopped working after an app update. Oddly, it is mostly the ones I marked as favourites that now have no content and will not play. Can’t find any way to reload them.
My subscription is up for renewal later this month but I think I will have to let it go. I’m very disappointed. Instead of providing calm it now provides only unwanted stress.Show lessfundypan
Tech-support prompt work got my app working quickly
I had a problem with individual meditations in a few of the categories, not playing at all while most were OK, and Edward in tech-support fix this, by telling me to delete the app and reload it again and now everything works great!Gary Bernfeld
Game changer
I use this app daily. Along will Welltory, I can see that my stress levels after doing a Buddhifi meditation sometimes drop by up to 30%. I always use it to go to sleep. Very happy that tech issues have been resolved for iOS. Thank you 🙏Belinda255

Better Than Ever
I deal with anxiety and depression and this app is hands down the best app out there and I have tried a lot of them. Specific meditations to match what I am going through which can be found easily and quickly. It feels like the person speaking the meditation actually cares about me and my journey. Have found the meditations very helpful, but lately every time I open it the mediations don’t play. The app now glitches more than it works. Which is disappointing because I really enjoy using it the few times it does work.Eve.D

I love this App, have had a subscription for years. I highly recommend it and now it’s not working. Has error message and I can not log back in. Have e mailed support and messaged….Please fix. I will activate my subscription in July when it works again.. Please fix with kind regardsAllsee4me
Please revive the app
Been using the app for years and it’s stopped working with the latest update. Like other’s reviews, I am getting an error message, cannot log in, and cannot listen to any meditation. When clicking on the wheel, I get a message saying it needs to be downloaded but when I agree, nothing happens. I haven’t deleted the app because I am hoping it will be fixed. It’s the only app that has worked for me so much so I’ve been using it for almost 10 years.Show lessaphoenixla
