It’s a garbage app can’t even connect camera to wifi not even talking about registering total waste of money
Login Issue / Unreliable app
Since 2012 I have been using this app and the baby camera. It works when it feels like. Not reliable at all. The app does not allow you to login. This is a free app and service but still we paid for the camera so if you want to charge us, pls do, but make sure the app works. It’s useless really.
Doesn’t work!
Last update was over 4 years ago. The app doesn’t work and therefore won’t connect to the baby monitor. Don’t waste your money on the camera if the app doesn’t work!!
Can’t get in
This was working when I had my first now I can’t even log in or connect you need to fix it . How am I supposed to use a expensive camera when the app doesn’t even work 😫
Terrible
We installed the app and even installed Baby View’s other app to make sure that we weren’t incorrect. The new app took us back to the old app that hasn’t been updated in 4 years! The app crashed every time we opened it. We restarted our phones, reinstalled the app, and tried on other devices. It still didn’t work for us.
The keyboard on the app is clunky, the WiFi connection is spotty (it’s right by our router), and it was burning up after being on for 5 minutes. There is NO WAY that I will be keeping this.

Very sad
Tried the SIMPLE set up instructions and couldnt get past first step! It kept on refuseing my email address saying i had spelt my name wrong and every time i re-entered it would underline my name in red and say incorect spelling! Had same email address for 10yrs! Im realy suspect on the set up method ( actually glad it dont work) it seems like a data and personal info collection scam site in the guise of a baby cam!! Be cautious!!!!

Horrible app
I have to delete and re-upload the app each time I want to use the monitor. It’s horrible. I also have the M6 model and the app is much better for this camera. Extremely disappointed in the app for this monitor. It basically makes it unusable.

RETURN IT NOW!!! Everything thing the previous commenter said is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!!! You can never log in to see your baby when you need to, it crashes ALL the time and is totally useless. I feel as if I bought a lemon. It worked fine until I didn’t have the receipt to return it. I have left comments on their FB page as well and they just give me the “run around” instead of fixing the issues.
Also, that stock photo just makes me even more irritated.
