App crashes constantly
Can we get an update on this app?!?! The newest update was 3 years ago!!!! That’s insane!!!! How can you expect to still sell this monitor and not be on top of the app when that’s how you use the thing?
I would like to like this device, but I don’t know if I can. The camera seems to be great and there are no complaints with that. The app however does not work at all! The initial download and setup worked with just a few hiccups. However, every time I go to use it the app crashes as soon as it opens. I don’t even get past the “login successful” screen. It doesn’t matter what I do, it just crashes. All the reviews for this app are old, much like the latest update. I was hoping that the bugs would have been worked out after having all negative reviews about it constantly crashing, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Maybe now that they receive a newer review?!?!
Please, please just update your app to fix the crashing issue!!

Simply doesn’t work
Bought this device today and it doesn’t connect or work at all. Go for a deferent product, this is a waste of time and money.
App won’t load
The application just freezes on the initial loading screen and never loads...
App Flaws
The monitor is fantastic and playing with the settings allow a lot of customization, but the app crashes which seems to affect WiFi connectivity. This would be a minor annoyance but the monitor puts out an audible alert of beeps that are extremely loud and unpleasant to a sleeping infant or exhausted parent. I've not found a way to prevent or stop this audible alert. Security is also an issue. After downloading app, an unknown email showed up under "family" category. Very creepy and unsettling. No reoccurrence after deleting. Recommend not leaving default settings intact and sure up home network.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. TAKE IT BACK IF YOU CAN!
For what the monitors cost the company dump their consumers at the first available opportunity. No app updates, unable to use after a short period.

Not Happy
I have the ibaby 3 and Apple wont upgrade the app so my ridiculously expensive monitor is now a paper weight because the app isn’t compatible with the latest iOS! Would not recommend at all!

I have a iBaby Monitor model m3. My old app is no longer available and this app keeps asking me to connect my phone to the back of my monitor via USB! There’s no such plug in the back. I’m truly annoyed by this product. What garbage this is. You need to fix this. I paid a lot for this baby monitor for it to be garbage! Truly a useless device don’t recommend it for anyone!

Frustrated and waste of money
Would give negative review if possible.... customer support was NOT helpful making this purchase worthless! Initial setup was easy, but anytime afterwards when opening the app, it would crash. Customer support said they didn't believe it was the camera/monitor (which I agree), but when I would explain (multiple times) how the app kept crashing, support person said that was unusual and most likely is on my end, i.e. my phone. Funny, considering this is the one and only app I have ever had any issue crashing!! A report has been submitted to the technicians per customer support, but I'm not holding my breath on any type of response. Instead I will be returning the product and look for something with its own monitor...so much for trying to cut down on devices ☹

When you turn app off it won't come back on
Everything works perfect except when you turn the app off and want to go back to it, it will log you in then it will go back to the phone home screen every time. The only way to get it back open is to uninstall and re install. Is this something that can be fixed. If not I need to return the camera and buy something different.

ZERO STARS
First it would not connect to wifi had to uninstall app and reinstall app 8 times it finally worked. Then I went to log in and the app will not even start it logs you in then kicks you right out and shuts off. Horrible horrible app. I will be taking the camera back tomorrow being that it's useless if the stupid app won't even allow you to sign on or view the camera. What a waste of time and money. Horrible and disappointing. I wish I would have done some research first before purchasing.
