  • Easy access app to realize all kind of transactions

    You have everything to work with the bank in your hands.

    I have been with Suffolk back when it was the Hospital Credit Union. There were a few glitches in the beginning but quickly resolved themselves

    I like app for convenience and ease but still visit the branch to say hello to familiar faces.

    Thank you for adding the amazing feature of deposit check. It’s very annoying going to share branch and having no branches out further west

    I didn’t reckognize a charge so first girl said if you don’t figure it out call back. This is my 3rd or fourth card. I called back she too busy lecturing me about it being my fault and she was snotty I almost closed my account was disgusting how I was spoke to I have cancer and can’t drive. So I finally went to bank the bank’s employee had me call an 800 number it was an accidental charge they refunded me it was an accident not fraud and the same lady acts like a dictator I have nothing good but good to say other than her please put her either in her range of knowledge she called me a liar without doing so. My friend who got her closed her account and I just hope this never happens again thank you for your time excuse my grammar I just got home from chemo.

    Love being able to pay attention to my accounts with just a click of a button. So easy to use and very convenient.

    I enjoy the convenience and the modernization in accessing my account with the Suffolk credit union. I have been a member since May 1, 1974 and I’ve always had a wonderful and pleasant experience and relationship with all the people that I have dealt with down through the years. I am now residing and have been for the last 11 years in San Diego, California, but still keep my banking with the suffix credit union.

    Makes all my online banking easy and convenient. All my accounts are at my fingertips. Pay bills, send money, and keep track of my vredit score. Who could ask for more?
  • Too many Ads

    You’ve updated this app with too many ads for your bank. I just want my checking and savings information to be able to access my account easily and if I touch my screen in any manner in the wrong spot, some thing else pops up it’s extremely annoying

    So convenient for the customers to check their accounts. New feature gives us access to pending transactions also. Love this app!
