Makes all my online banking easy and convenient. All my accounts are at my fingertips. Pay bills, send money, and keep track of my vredit score. Who could ask for more?
Needs to be modernized
I love Suffolk Credit union. It’s my favorite bank. I love the staff and how they make you feel like more than just a number. That being said, the app is extremely convoluted and outdated. Chase banking app is superior in almost every way. I hope they find a way to make this more modern, intuitive and user friendly. The UI is clunky, and it just looks like it’s stuck in 2010. I love SFCU and hope to see them make some improvements to the app to bring it more into the modern age!

It has been an absolute pleasure doing my online-banking thru this app with SCU. Easy to get it done & have questions answered. Everytime I need to get info, transfer money or send money, my SCU Mobile App makes it Fast & Easy.

I enjoy the convenience and the modernization in accessing my account with the Suffolk credit union. I have been a member since May 1, 1974 and I’ve always had a wonderful and pleasant experience and relationship with all the people that I have dealt with down through the years. I am now residing and have been for the last 13 years in San Diego, California, but still keep my banking with the suffix credit union.
