I liked how easy it was. I'm hoping the quality is good. One thing I did not like was that I had to delete some photos because they wouldn't fit in the format that was given. I wish I could have changed the format to keep my photos.Lgirl1985

I could not be happier with finding this App of the day in the iTunes Store. I experimented creating a book on my phone and found it was so easy to customize a book. The quality of both the book and the photos is outstanding! Thanks!!Michi1717
Non responsive to claims...
Supplier located in France. They charge VAT ( sales tax)- regardless of location. Check first if they deliver to your country prior to placing an order. They are sloooow to give credits to your credit card.Wasted$$$$
What customer service??
Honestly the worst customer service ever! The app would not let me change the shipping address... it’s very buggy... was tapping and tapping and then the 15 min window expired... 🙄 Customer service can only be reached through email. They sent me the contact for DHL to take care of it myself. 🙄🙄 Unless they improve their service, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.Show lessSFtwinDad
