Poor Customer service!!
After placing the order which was not easy thing to do as you’ll find that when you choose to create an album you need to make sure that all pictures are the correct format and layout otherwise you’ll spend the day arranging them.
Once I completed my album and I had decided to pay was another mission as it did not accept Apple Pay, after had to set up a different type of payment and completed the purchase I was emailed an estimated time of delivery for the 6th June which then changed to the 7th or 8th has now b en almost a week and still not traces of my purchase, when asked for a refund I was told that the printing had been done already and therefore too late for it but when I checked with the shipping company it shows that the package has not been sent yet!!!
Customer service difficult to reach and unhelpful.
I won’t be using them again and I’m now in the process of get legal advice to get a refund!!Show lessAleBull79
Takes so long to access pictures!
The prints look nice and price reasonable but I can’t even tell you what the experience is like because I’ve been trying for 20 minutes to efficiently fetch my pictures. 1) it first tries to access my FULL photo album. I have a lot of pictures. This takes at least 2 minutes. 2) when I try to change albums (I moved all the pictures I wanted to print to one album to make it “easier”) it lists them in some weird order and I can’t find the album I just created. 3) It tries to fetch my entire iCloud albums too so again takes forever and kind of irrelevant. I only need to access the pictures on my phone! 4) while it’s fetching I can’t interrupt the app. 5) If I try to start over it really starts over so if I try to access my album again, guess what, another 2 minutes wasted looking at a loading screen for an album I don’t want!
I’ve to restart the app to see if it could recognise the new album. Still can’t find it. No settings to tell it to only look at my locally files.

Downloaded this last week on a whim in order to price up some Polaroid’s. With the welcome offer it worked out cheaper than anywhere else out there on the web! The arrived within DAYS and within the cute packaging, not only was my photos as ordered, but also a little collage print, showing the photos I had ordered, ordered in the shape of a heart with the quote ‘be still my beating heart’ and seeing these snaps were me and my partners beat shots, I thought this was a beautiful little touch in that I will be even framing this one! I have been using for a year or so - easy to use and amazing quality of service and products - I order all the time!!!
However if there was one little thing that could be better it would be to be able to delete some photos in the magnet selection directly before checkout instead of having to go back to albums. But well, small thing! Thanks for making life easier!Show lessPampampampami
