Absolutely adorable
Since installing cheerz i’ve ordered a set of photos and a scrapbook as a christmas present to my girlfriend and i can honestly say the experience is great. There’s loads of options and it’s easy to use. The app’s design makes it easy to navigate and the orders themselves are great. Fast easy delivery and adorable packaging made the experience great and they’ve given me discounts with each order. Order delayed a little but overall so happy
Arrived a little later then expected but the quality is amazing and it looks so good. I paid a little extra for it to be hardback and I’m glad I did makes it look professional. The guys that work there were helpful when I chased up my order. They gave me some money of my next order as a sorry. Will definitely be using them again. My favourite photo printing company!
This is the second time I’ve used cheerz and it’s always the best service, from the ease of choosing photos on your camera roll to the delivery time- it was such a simple process! Being able to edit and crop you photos also helps.
The printed photos are such a good quality, I love the retro prints that I stick up on my uni walls. Price is affordable too! Would recommend to any one looking to print photos 📷🙌🏽Show lessnataliepottshx

Terrible for US users
Terrible customer service and no explanation as to why my photo prints were returned to sender within 5 hours of being shipped. All correspondence was in French and very slow to respond unless the message is automated.E-MoneySwagMoney
Sketchy!
The idea is great but that’s about it. As you download the app and open it for the first time you get a promocode but it’s gone before you even have time to acknowledge the offer. It won’t come back. Also, if your photo doesn’t look good on the magnet and you want to after you’re in the process of adding text to the photos, you can’t.Show lessKisuJenna
Rubbish App!!!
After spending almost 3hrs on a photo book thinking it was saving as it went along and I could finish it and go to my cart I was wrong!!! I couldn't put the book into the cart as the icon was grey and wouldn't let me add it. I lost my book!
I tried again and just filled 5pages this time. I tried to go back and it gave me the option to save for later. When you do this and then try to bring it back up again it takes you back to the start so your book is lost. So disappointed and will not be wasting time on this app or site again. Terrible experience.
I made a purchase and on the next day I got an email saying that my photos would be returning to the company and after that I never got an explanation why. I tried contacting them by email, Facebook, Instagram and even “customer service” if you can call it that. The only answer I got was a message in FRENCH that I translated and they basically asked me to not send more than one email and just wait for my order to be reviewed. Terrible service and poor customer care. Never got a refund or my photos. This is honestly a joke.Show lessLily Fernandes
