    App has not worked since I downloaded it
  • Recent Updates

    Thanks you for improvements. This app is more consistently accurate and processing in a more timely fashion following recent updates.
  • Unable to log in

    Every time I try to log in with the core password it is saying that it is not correct.
  • Glitch

    Can no longer log in as it says to update and sends me to the App Store even though I have the current version.
  • Bug/Glitch also

    This is a repeat of the other comment but the app had been working beautifully and suddenly it has told me to be sure and use the most recent updated version. So I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, only to have the same error again and again. Very frustrating.
  • Disappointed

    I thought this app has been great. Now I can’t even submit my receipt because I can’t even login. Keeps asking me to download the latest version of the app. I am already up to date. Please fix.

    Application keeps wanting me to update and won’t work. The application has no update available. I have removed the application and reinstalled the latest version multiple times now and still wants an update. Please fix your application.

    Same issue with having the app ask me to update but there are no updates and can’t get into the app at all.. very frustrating spoke to the company and reported it also..

  • Pain in the butt

    I finally got my app set up and now when I try to log in it says “please make sure you have the most up to date version before logging in” when I follow the prompt to “update” it takes my to the App Store where I can’t do anything but reload the same faulty app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn’t work. But the only way for me to file a claim to be reimbursed for my daycare expenses is through the app in my phone so I can capture the receipt. I tried to call the “login problems?” number and its all an automated system to access my account and do this like hear my balance. No technical assistance.

  • App Doesn’t Work Anymore

    This app was super easy to use. Then, all of a sudden, the application couldn’t connect to the server. I have the most up to date version. Yet, I can’t access it to add a receipt.
