Worst experience with an app EVER
Literally, from asking inappropriate and unnecessary questions on signup, to the signup form freezing on submission, to “invalid token” errors on the web browser, to not being able to login to the app without a EIN, to no tech support, to even their AI chat bot freezing up, to clearly providing generic AI responses to bad reviews, it’s been quite possibly the much frustrating 30 minutes in recent memory.

That is where we ask for some information about you and your organization as we are legally required to validate that all of our customers are charitable organizations. This iOS app is for donors, and we do not request an EIN or any other personal information from donors outside of name, email and phone number. We value and respect the opinions of all of our users and take the time to read every review.
