Can’t find Zelle
I wanted to send and receive money using Zelle but when I go to the Zelle app it says that I can access it in the mybtr app. I can’t find it anywhere in the app. The app is also hard to navigate and not very user friendly.
Buggy and slow
Unfortunately this app is slow and buggy. It is probably the worst part about Bank of TR.
Too much hype
Been with BTR almost a year now and am starting to have serious doubts. Sure the bank experience inside the branch is great but I also need the bleepin app to get going. Not much about it says great banking. The mobile deposit is a pain, always wanting a darker background and could not read the check etc etc… most mornings I get the oops call us instead, and after a few tries it works. Btw on ios 17.1 iphone 14+. Check images go away after a short period of time. I could go on for a bit. Fix your IT and this is a great bank until then not average even…

Horrible app and bank
It’s impossible to know how much is in your account. The aap and website always show entirely different amounts. The app also won’t let me automatically log in with Touch ID. It stopped working so now I have to type a long password each time. Bank of TR also charges an overdraft charge of $57! Since the balance shown is never accurate it can be easy to accidentally get overdrawn, especially for those that live paycheck to paycheck. That fat overdraft charge doesn’t help you bounce back and put food on the table. Time to switch banks.

Wont let me use Zelle!?
For the most part works I just can’t use Zelle and that hurts it for me.
