Going to have to partially Agree with that other guy. Do yourselves a favor and set it to beginner and start with 10 pushups. When I started the most number of pushups I could do at once was 50. But I entered 30 as max just to start slow. That was my first mistake. I can't do 30, then 36, then 40, then 30, then 45. I need to adapt my training method to fit this trainer, though. I end up training still 3 days a week but end of doing the week 3 day 2 session multiple times a day for the whole week until I can do it confidently. To get to four stars I would say we need to enter the number of reps we actually do, rather than basing our graph on their expected numbers, which are very hard to meet; (I guess the point is to challenge you?) To get five stars would need to be able to adjust it's expectations based on how many reps you actually do. But it doesn't do any of that so three stars for now. Very third - rate pushup app but the best one out there unfortunately.
