Heavy Sleepers... Finally a Solution
This family of alarm apps has literally saved my career on multiple occasions. I use 3 of your alarm apps and they are the ONLY alarms that get me up. I use Alexa at full volume, I’ve got an old fashioned bell alarm, and I’ve tried so many apps, but this family of alarm apps are the only things that wake me up. I’m shocked because I figured the last thing to wake me up, if the other loud real physical alarms couldn’t, would be my phone... but this family of apps is an absolute gift and I would beyond highly recommend to any deep sleepers.
I’m a morning person but I’m an incredibly heavy sleeper. I love the sunrise, the silence, the cool air, it’s my favorite part of the day. Haven’t been able to experience that since high school and now these apps have brought that back. Incredible.Show lessBgriley
Solid application but alarms aren’t loud enough
Once you hear the noise, you have no choice but to wake up, turn the lights on and scan your product. By then your heart is pumping and you are ready to conceive the idea that it’s time to wake up.
However, my wife had to tell me the alarm was going off. Even at its loudest...the noise were not loud enough to wake me.
Secondly, it’s very easy to just turn off the other alarms once you’re up instead of having back up alarms.
All in all great app, will work for most people. However for the few that sleep right through alarms and don’t have a spouse to get us up, the sound bytes are far from good enough to get the job done. Change that factor and this app would have me.Show lesswwe19899
My FAVORITE app
I’ve tried hundreds of alarms — Alarmy, StepOut, call to prayer alarms, Sleep Cycle, Smile Alarm, Freaky Alarm, Alarm Clock Sleep Sounds Plus etc. plus numerous physical alarms such as the Sonic Boom and Clockman. Barcode Alarm is the BEST alarm I’ve ever used! It’s free to use — an ad plays after you scan your alarm, but there is a pro version that is ad-free (I have both). This is my favorite app, and if I could only choose to keep one app then Barcode Alarm Clock would be my choice. 1000% RECOMMEND! (This review is NOT sponsored and I have NO connection to the author. It actually works!
I have a lot of trouble getting out of bed in the morning and this is the only app that really works for me. I scan my morning breakfast drink. Don’t over think it, try the app!CrapApp 10.0
Life saver!!
I have had trouble waking up all my life. Always late for school and then work. A friend recommended this app and it’s been AWESOME! I set it to scan the coffee can upstairs so when the alarm goes off I have to get out of bed and walk upstairs to scan the can. And then I’m already up so I make coffee and then get ready for the day. I still feel very tired for the first half hour but once I get moving I wake up. Almost there!
I’m a pretty hard sleeper in fact it takes me 12 more minutes to actually recognize that there’s alarm to wake up! But this alarm has fixed that problem ever so slightly.
There’s this small problem when you set the alarm but if your phone dies and once you power that thing the alarm will go off and depending where you are you won’t have any barcode and if your in a public area you will be forced to either power off the phone or delete the app. I feel like if it’s a couple hours past your alarm it should automatically turn off.
Besides that I find it really useful that even if your alarm is off it will still go off which helps some times if I forgot to turn it back on or my case switched it off.
Long story short:
App works good 👍but if phone dies the alarm will still be alive and it will go off 👎Show lessCurtisBurtis

I have to agree with the other reviews mentioning the fact that if the volume on the phone is silenced, the alarm on this app Will Not Ring loud. You can't here it and you will sleep throught it UNLESS YOU make sure that your phones volumes are all the way up!!
i keep my phone across the room so when that happens I cant even here the vibrating. The other app that I have called Mathe alarm dOes have a feature that bypasses silenced/set volumes on the phone to make it ring as high as it can; it's full capacity. Spoiler alert - so easy to turn off
All you have to do is press “Plan b to turn off alarm” and then manually type in the upc as it flashes on the screen. Done. Roll over and go back to bed.
Need to be able to change the plan b to something else. I seem to remember there was an option to be charged money to turn it off, etc. That would work for me. But it’s not an option.Show lessAnnahp555
