New App…BIG Downgrade
Ever since they relaunched the “new” app, I haven’t received any leaves for any of my purchases. I used to always scan for leaves before paying but it’s pointless now because my points haven’t updated since the new app launched. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support and there’s no response. I’ve even asked employees in store if I’m doing something wrong when I scan but they’ve assured me that my account & QR code are linked… I’m just not receiving leaves. I much preferred the old app where I could collect leaves after each purchase, redeem, and even get special deals. I’ve definitely been going to 7 leaves a lot less because of this inconvenient app update.

Maybe I’m doing it wrong
I regularly order from three different locations, but in order to find the locations, I have to scroll through a map. There is no search function. It’s so frustrating. UPDATE: the new version of the app is much worse than I thought. Redeeming rewards is much harder as well as very confusing. I deleted it. The prices are not worth it without the rewards and convenience.

Always missing points
Previously missing points from purchases before. Now, missing points because there is no Gmail login available.
Misleading Point System
I had downloaded the app expecting to get points (leaves) after paying $20 and checking 48 hours later the app still states 0 points. It’s just irritating because I can earn rewards from paying. Very disappointing.
New APP downgraded
I’ve gone several times and my leaves remain the same. I’ve emailed support and never responded. I keep my receipts now just for that matter!!

Points
Ever since the new update, I don’t get my leaves points even after they scan. It has stayed to 54 since the update and I’ve gone and got it scanned five times now, nothing.
Downgrade
This new app is horrible. I used to be able to just scan my code by clicking on it. Now I have to enable location to get my own QR code? The only reason I used this was to collect and redeem leaves. Now they’ve made it almost impossible to do that. What is the point of this app anymore?

Just let me order coffee. App always wants an update. Wants to everything but just let me order coffee.
The New App Stinks
I love 7 Leaves but their new app sucks. It doesn’t add my leaves after the cashier scans my QR code. I’ve missed out on leaves that would have been added to 2 different orders. And I don’t like that now I can only choose pickup, not delivery. The app itself is pretty, though.
Rewards Points Did Not Work Properly
I had enough reward points in the app and tried to use them to pay for my drink, but the app would not let me redeem them at first. After I added a tip, it finally allowed me to use my points. However, I was still charged for the drink afterward. This was very confusing and frustrating. Please fix the app and refund the incorrect charge.

Is it just me or was the old app more functional?
It took forever to place my order this morning. Lots of spinning dials on each screen. It was not intuitive on how/where to change the pickup time, so I ordered while sitting in traffic close to shop.
This review is strictly the app. Drinks are always ready and correct.

Great coffee, great customer service
Every time I go in here, everybody has a positive attitude. They greet me. They’re very kind coffee I’ve had multiple kind very good. My daughter loves the Matcha strawberry croissant is so good. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Does the job
Well, this will allow you to order but in terms of function and appearance they are very poor. I’ve had a constant badge on my app. Never goes off. Tracking status is poor. Doesn’t walk you through steps. No easy to reorder. Really poor quality. I’d like to say aesthetic over function but it’s not even an aesthetic improvement. They should outsource this to a company that makes apps.

New App Update
I love using this app and collecting leaves to redeem free drinks, however the new app update makes it more difficult to redeem the leaves. In the old app, we were able to select the Leaves in the menu and select our drinks from there. With the new app, I have to process each leaves redemption for my free drinks in a separate order (if I wanted to order more than one drink using my leaves). Please allow us to redeem leaves for multiple drinks in the same order. Thank you!
