Updated app?
Is it just me or was the old app more functional?
It took forever to place my order this morning. Lots of spinning dials on each screen. It was not intuitive on how/where to change the pickup time, so I ordered while sitting in traffic close to shop.
This review is strictly the app. Drinks are always ready and correct.

Great coffee, great customer service
Every time I go in here, everybody has a positive attitude. They greet me. They’re very kind coffee I’ve had multiple kind very good. My daughter loves the Matcha strawberry croissant is so good. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Does the job
Well, this will allow you to order but in terms of function and appearance they are very poor. I’ve had a constant badge on my app. Never goes off. Tracking status is poor. Doesn’t walk you through steps. No easy to reorder. Really poor quality. I’d like to say aesthetic over function but it’s not even an aesthetic improvement. They should outsource this to a company that makes apps.

New App Update
I love using this app and collecting leaves to redeem free drinks, however the new app update makes it more difficult to redeem the leaves. In the old app, we were able to select the Leaves in the menu and select our drinks from there. With the new app, I have to process each leaves redemption for my free drinks in a separate order (if I wanted to order more than one drink using my leaves). Please allow us to redeem leaves for multiple drinks in the same order. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place and will keep going but this new app was just an excuse for them to lower the amount of stars given per drink. Now I have to buy 12 coffees to get 1 free instead of the previous 10.
Lost my account
My account is connected to an email not my number no apple id. How do I get it back??
Maybe I’m doing it wrong
I regularly order from three different locations, but in order to find the locations, I have to scroll through a map. There is no search function. It’s so frustrating.

since they updated their app they took me out of my account and i lost all of my 300 leaves (points) next time keep count of your customers accounts so they don’t have to lose all their points
This app is a joke after update new version
I signed in by gmail account. After new update version 3 days ago. I try to log in to my account to order and they only allow apple account or phone number. When i try the phone number it set up as a new account. What is the point of update new version? All my points and saving in my account are gone and i call to store no one help but mocking me. What a trash customer services. Never come back this business. Trash.

Rescinded free drink deal
7leaves had a free drink deal if you updated the app that ended on 7/3/26. I go to get my free drink on the app and the promo code no longer works. Apparently 7leaves ended the deal early because there was too much influx of people… which is the whole point of a deal like that. Terrible business and they don’t have me as a return customer

They ran an ad for free drinks if you downloaded their app and they wouldn’t honor them because it was too high in demand
