Only One Scene?
I was very disappointed to see that you could only get one scene with an elf, which is cute, but literally every other scene (all including Santa himself) have to be bought. No, thank you.CherylHearts
Very disappointed
I've been using this app for the past 3 years and have purchased many scenes. Now this year I have to repurchase the scenes and then spend more money to have the logo removed. My kids will be very upset that they won't have any videos from the elves this year. But I refuse to spend more of my money on this scam.Show lessdfergy1985
Not a free app
I get frustrated with apps like these, which prove to be a waste of time if you're looking for a fun app that's FREE. Nearly the whole app is locked, with one elf scene free.Amezzzz8
Worked but buggy poor ux
When I first downloaded on my iPhone 6+ it did not work but after I uninstalled, reinstalled opened / closed and reopened it worked.
I did NOT get recharged for old scenes but it appeared that way when it said "purchase complete you've been billed free" or something to that extent.ErikCCHQ
Same issue everyone is reporting.
Bought some scenes, app crashes when I tried to download them. So I deleted, reinstalled, then tried to restore my purchases, and it will not let me. Waste of money until they decide to fix it.Prego lady

I don't understand all the bad reviews. This app has always, and still remains totally magical. I was able to reinstall my previous purchases when prompted, and it took me

Would give zero if I could!
I don't mind paying for new features but the fact we can't even access what we had last year is insane. We paid for quite a few and have lost them. Won't be purchasing again and won't be referring to anyone like we did before.newlyvegan
Want old app back or money I paid for purchases!
I have been with Santa Spy Cam since the very beginning. The new SS3 is horrible. Cannot load previous purchases since the last update. I was having issues using this app since they changed it to SS3. Bring back the old app! I made amazing videos with the app.Honda_chic1

In the past I have paid for various videos to use and this year none of them work. I won't pay for anything again just out of spite.Kordax
What's going on??
I've been using this app for years, never deleted it and already paid for it. Now it's saying I have to buy everything again??? That's not happening. If my purchases aren't restored soon I'm going to delete. This is ridiculous. 👎👎snreilly
