Dodgy download but will work
Downloaded and installed however came up with the error message that wouldn't allow access. So I deleted and re installed and it instantly worked. App itself is as realistic as an app could be, if you work your camera right it will look good. Don't expect a Santa video free though, they are paid ones....there is only one video free that is an ElfShow lessSLMCC

I have used this app in the past to excite my kids with great success. The older versions were awesome. Now, the "new and improved" update equals an app that won't go past the startup screen. Way to fix something that wasn't broken!Doozer's ideas
Awful since the update.
Worked fine last year. After the most recent update I've lost all of my purchased scenes. Will update review once I can actually use what I paid for.Fara3458
Loyalty lost
We have been a loyal Santa spycam family since the app first came out. Our kids loved it so much and we were patient with the developer as they worked through bugs in the app. The first couple of years it seem to be improving and they made things fun on their Facebook page. This year, in addition to forcing you to re-purchase things you had already bought, everything about the app looks and operates like a Chinese knockoff. We are very disappointed that it seems to have gone backwards. Maybe the first owners sold it off to someone who doesn't know what they're doing?Show lesstomboytully

I used this app last year (paying to upgrade) and my kids loved it! No matter what I try this year, it won't work and Kees popping up with errors. Don't waste your time or moneyM Brooksby

Downloaded just fine. Once I opened the app it wouldn't do anything. Tried restarting my phone. Still nothing. I only took the free version thankfully. Would not recommend. Ended up deleting.BonJean85

Not working
I used this app last year without any problems but this year it doesn't work. I paid the $1.99 to upgrade to the new package, and it still doesn't work. Have tried to contact creators of the app with no answer. Would not suggest purchase, waste of money and time not to mention aggravation.Ebrown739
Crashes
Used this app last year and my son loves it. Went to use it this year and all it does is crash. Perhaps it's not compatible with the new iOS upgrade. Please fix! My son wants to see if elves are hiding in his room this year!Frustrated farmer81107
Disappointed - crashes every time
I bought this a few years ago and the children loved it. Changed to a newer phone so had to download again. Had to re- purchase a scene of the elves dropping in. Try to use it and it just crashes every time I click on the scene I want to use. Absolutely useless. :(
