Have downloaded the app last year and again this year. My boys love it and always makes it magical to see the videos themselves instead of me just making stories up. Helps keep the magic alive for longer. Very quick replies from support when I realised I had not done the set up correctly (fully my fault not the app, make sure you allow microphone to be turned on in settings) support replied back within 10 mins!!Show lessKimberbee1985
Keeps closing
I downloaded the app for free and purchased the scene that I wanted for $1 (plus tax) but every time I tapped on the scene to use it, the app would close. I tried a few free scenes, so as not to waste more money, but none of them worked. The app keeps closing. I've seen it work for others but not for me. It would be a five star app if it worked. Amazing if it worked properly
This app is amazing when it works properly.
Last year you had to draw a candy cane for the app to open; it isn't on this version so you have to be careful of the kids getting hold of your devise so as not to ruin the magic.
There are more scenes to choose from which is great, however the biggest downfall, and when I haven't been able to give it more stars is that it constantly crashes and you can't use the scenes put want which is a waste of moneyShow lesssamfie
Great but 1 important thing missing
I love this app, the only negative is that last year you had to draw a candy cane to access it, but now my little one can go on the app and see all the scenes without them in it, which kind of loses a bit of the magic . But other then that perfect.Jjk2015
Best app!!!
After all the problems getting the app to work with my iPad, it now works perfectly. My sons are amazed at the elves, and keep running around the house looking for them! It's definitely one of the best apps out there!Mutnik
Needs Fixing
I originally gave this app a 4 star and loved it. But since the update I would award it no stars if this was an option.
You get the sound effects but no elf appearing. As the elf is the main reason for this app, it makes the app null and void.
I would avoid till an update is released to fix the issue.Show less_Androm3da_
Awesome
My kids absolutely love when "the elves" send mom a video of them checking out or house. My daughter would run up the hall asking "Did you hear magic, mom?" Greatest feeling to make Christmas that much better for my kids. I've never had an issue restoring my purchases or anything. Amazing app.Somebody_famous
Refund please
Absolutely rubbish, it worked great the first time, then in trying it for a second time NO elevs, sound still works but no images just an empty box!!! So I deleted then re downloaded and now it wants to charge me to in lock the scenes I have already paid for PLUS still no elves .... How do I get my money back??Show lessDede1771

My ssc isn't working this yr?? I have bought all the scenes last yr and the elves don't appear in the box when making a scene??? I have uninstalled the app and tried again but nothing worked :-/XxllowsixX

Loved to app my kids loved having proof of Santa and enjoyed seeing the elf around the house. Now is there an app like this for Easter? My son told me I needed to try to take pics of the Easter bunny now.Fights pink penguins
