I downloaded this app to start a training plan, and purchased the premium subscription to do so. When I went to start my training plan, it said that my gym was not found. Is there a way to bypass this or add a new gym?Konduite123

This app might be decent In Europe or other places that you have a wide selection of local gyms to look at, but in the USA it’s terrible. You guys should add places in other continents so people all around the world can enjoy this app.ansinpants

Absolutely love the concept behind the app as I’d love to keep track of all climbs and work towards the comps, but there’s isn’t any of the walls that I climb at in the UK that’s is the only down side to the app and the only reason I’m not using it. I thought this app was going to be cool after looking at it immediately. After trying to create an account, it said my email was used already. I’m not sure how that could be.
It wouldn’t let me sign in through Facebook.
And email verification doesn’t work.
Had I been able to create an account this app may have been cool for my trip to Europe.
But currently it’s a waste of storage space on my phone if I can’t login.

I have used the app once so far and it’s a great feature for tracking what you are climbing. I have not explored all the features yet.
The biggest improvement I would love, is an Apple Watch version. This would be great to quickly log routes without have to have my phone with me all the time.

Great idea just poorly implemented right now with so many bugs it’s rendered useless. I bought a guidebook on the app before they switched to subscription model which was a little annoying but they left 3 years of access which is fair I guess. The problem is that it won’t let me download the topos I bought half the time without a premium subscription (and if you boulder somewhere without wifi, so anywhere, this is a deal breaker) and will log me out a couple times a week and that undownloads all the saved topos so I know now every morning before bouldering to check if my guidebooks are still there, and hope that it’s one of the days I can download them. Sometimes it won’t even load the topos with internet... For 3 out of the 4 times I’ve gone bouldering since the update I’ve had to borrow a strangers guide book or climb only old problems since the app was having some sort of issue and now I’m just buying the hard copy book and accepting that I wasted my money on this. Hopefully they sort out their bugs but that may take a while.
If everything worked, (so before they switched to the subscription model) the organization of the topos still isn’t great but would probably be a 3 star app.Show lessThat guy this guy

Hello, thank you for your inputs. The issue with the downloaded crags has been solved and should not be a problem anymore. In case you have trouble loading the downloaded topos with internet, try accessing them in airplane mode.Cool idea in theory
Was hoping this would be similar to Nuke training app but for climbing. Unfortunately cannot input to vlag. It's grayed out on the profile page and when click on "zlags" the purple buttons aren't responsive. Not the most intuitive interface. :/helchung
