Lawsuit from everyone

You get a lawsuit from your customers that says a customer but all your customers who shows you how the banking money and business world work look at AIG. I canโ€™t tell you how many times I got billed out youโ€™re not. I followed every criteria for that lawsuit every single bit and you came back with. I was using Cash App for bitcoin and the US government does not or is it gonna text me yeah thatโ€™s what you text me for all the money I made in bitcoin well I was a failure a bitcoin look at the papers no and thereโ€™s thereโ€™s a lot of heat in there like that you can see what happened like Iโ€™ve told you I have proof of my bank account the datesโ€ฆ.yall crooks Iโ€™m a hustler yโ€™all just really greedy . Greed is entitlement which is ego which is pride and what comes before a fall. Oh you probably donโ€™t know well so many readers may so F Cash app. Iโ€™ve been with them since the beginning, like literally since they first started, and they have screwed me over countless of times Iโ€™ve had to make new accounts. Iโ€™ve had to do everything. Do not give with them even though their rent number to finance do not do not if somebody tells you itโ€™s the only way that they can take payment or something tell them download Zelleand theyโ€™re gonna take this off so whatever cause I just promoted another app which is not fair.

Iโ€™ve had it.

Hi. Iโ€™ve left a review before. I just want to know a variety of REASONS why Iโ€™m not receiving paper money deposit. I get nothing but bad customer service all the time whether it be on the phone or dming you guys. I mean seriously why am I not able to talk normally and get the benefit of the doubt that I canโ€™t receive paper money deposit. I have spoke to you guys on twitter and waiting for a response back. This is so sad that a bank canโ€™t help there customers especially if they have bills to pay and Christmas is about to be here. I donโ€™t have a job. Iโ€™m on disability but I keep getting denied my disability. I CANT WORK.
Calling the corporate office of cashapp tomorrow if this is not handled. I want my paper money deposit back. I had to re make a new cashapp account just to get it back. And did I get back? Yes and then the next morning ITS GONE. I am furious and so disappointed with the bank that I chose and that was so good that I thought. But I want back and I want it now. Been waiting 4 months for this to come back. But if Iโ€™m right. NO ONE can use Cashapp if there on disability and donโ€™t have a job that canโ€™t use paper money deposit am I right? I assume Iโ€™m right because the lack of support is mind boggling to me that a bank canโ€™t help customers with support and if my account is a fraud risk?! I am calling the corporate office asap HOPEFULLY Iโ€™ll get better assistance then someone just saying โ€œTHEY DONT KNOW WHEN PEOPLE WILL RECEIVE ITโ€

We understand how important it's for you to have the Paper Money Feature. For context, some features are currently being rolled out in stages to customers. They will be available to you as soon as they're fully rolled out. If you ever need assistance or have any other comments, please don't hesitate to contact us here: https://cash.app/contact.

If I Could ZERO stars I would

The reason is because Iโ€™m out of town & can not download paper money to my card. The app has disabled the option to deposit paper money in store. Mind you Iโ€™m in California and the feature was just available last week. I asked customer service why is the feature all of a sudden not available they couldnโ€™t give me a solid answer all they keep saying is that itโ€™s computer generated. So you mean to tell me the system automatically chooses who is eligible to make paper deposits through select stores. Woooowww now Iโ€™m across country on the west coast when Iโ€™m from the east coast & needed a place to stay. I told customer service it would not let me add my other cards & let them know what error message it was giving me. Still no answers, & they still couldnโ€™t tell me why out of all people in the world this happens on my account. Please let me is it fraudulent activity or something. These people couldnโ€™t tell me nothing at all. All customer service could tell me was I can get a supervisor to respond to you through an email within 24 hours. Baby Iโ€™m all the way in California I donโ€™t have time to wait 24 hours! It was so funny to me that the customer service person asked if family members or friends could send me money like are you serious!!! Totally not funny!!!! Iโ€™m all the way across the world & canโ€™t do anything. Yep, sorry but I will be going straight to corporate office calling the ceo cause THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Boosts used to be better; people donโ€™t use the app

I got the cash app card because I could get boosts (discounts) at any grocery store, any restaurant, and any coffee shop. Now, the only boosts offered are for places I donโ€™t shop and most of them offer discounts less than 10% and even as low as 2%! Itโ€™s really not much of an incentive to use the card. Anything less than 15% seems stingy to me, although Iโ€™d use a small discount if itโ€™s somewhere Iโ€™m shopping anyway, like a grocery store. Another issue Iโ€™ve run into is that I donโ€™t know anyone who uses Cash App. Iโ€™ve received money from only one person in the several years Iโ€™ve had the app and havenโ€™t sent any. I kept it around because I like it better than Venmo and the older boosts were more appealing. Sadly, Venmo seems much more popular, at least where I live. I invested in Bitcoin for a while but switched to another app that doesnโ€™t charge fees. Overall, I like the app and itโ€™s simplicity. I feel that itโ€™s slightly more privacy-friendly than Venmo. I like that we can have usernames. I wish my friends and family actually used it. I wish boosts offered at least 15-20% discounts on places where I actually shop, and even better would be to bring back the โ€œAny grocery storeโ€ or โ€œAny restaurantโ€ boosts so I can use them at local stores rather than just national ones. Iโ€™d also like to see no transaction fees on Bitcoin.

If I go to HR block or any tax place that advertises $40 taxes or something like that, they look at my tax folder for the year and try to charge me a bundle. I paid over a thousand dollars once and the lowest I have paid is $450 in the last 5 years. I own more than three unrelated businesses, have rental houses that are all diff addresses, I work W2 and 1099 jobs and usually have a half inch stack of w2s cause I quit readily, I have multiple stock and bitcoin trading accounts that I use for different strategies, I often get 1099G and 1099misc, I make large donations... my taxes are long and take a tax person a whole day or two to do. A lot of my write offs and etc need me to be there to walk the tax people through when they do them so I figure I might as well do them myself. A lot of the free tax services will make you fill it all out then at the end will say "you grossed over $60,000 this year so you have to pay X amount" or "state taxes costs $10" after I just spent 14 hours inputting everything. Cash app luckily lets me do all my taxes for free on there and is just as easy as any other program. You don't have to put your refund into cash app but I did anyway cause cash app is awesome. I'm waiting for a buying opportunity for a thousand shares of SQ too!

Excellent customer support team! Iโ€™ve lost a lot of funds and Iโ€™m having anxiety debating to dispute

Iโ€™m extremely grateful to the people who have worked diligently and have been extremely patient and supportive in helping me get my account secured and theyโ€™re always there and willing to help me tackle the more minute issues. Thatโ€™s the only reason why Iโ€™m still putting my faith and trust in cash app to handle my rainy day/business funds, but the dispute/claim personnel is a different story. Iโ€™ve used cash app for a good while and their very low fee borrow feature has saved my life many of times and I make sure to always pay it back before the due date. I lost a dispute with a prepaid service provider who made clear false claims, but they still took their side and it was a very small $35. Well, Iโ€™m having health issues and I lost $150 from someone opening a secured credit card using my cash app account, which I secured thanks to the customer support team in the app, even though I need to get the $150 back, Iโ€™m literally terrified to attempt due to the previous person threatening to close my account and lose what little money I have left in my account. Thatโ€™s my only concern Iโ€™ve ever had. Please help me if you are reading this. Will continue to support you and the team of awesome customer care representatives!
