If I go to HR block or any tax place that advertises $40 taxes or something like that, they look at my tax folder for the year and try to charge me a bundle. I paid over a thousand dollars once and the lowest I have paid is $450 in the last 5 years. I own more than three unrelated businesses, have rental houses that are all diff addresses, I work W2 and 1099 jobs and usually have a half inch stack of w2s cause I quit readily, I have multiple stock and bitcoin trading accounts that I use for different strategies, I often get 1099G and 1099misc, I make large donations... my taxes are long and take a tax person a whole day or two to do. A lot of my write offs and etc need me to be there to walk the tax people through when they do them so I figure I might as well do them myself. A lot of the free tax services will make you fill it all out then at the end will say "you grossed over $60,000 this year so you have to pay X amount" or "state taxes costs $10" after I just spent 14 hours inputting everything. Cash app luckily lets me do all my taxes for free on there and is just as easy as any other program. You don't have to put your refund into cash app but I did anyway cause cash app is awesome. I'm waiting for a buying opportunity for a thousand shares of SQ too.
after being made aware I could use cash app as a 16+ person, I confidently signed up. however, now they are refusing to verify my identity as I am not 18 or over? I have money remaining in my account, and I attempted to call (phone numbers of which were immensely hard to find) and received no answer at all, and I was just told to email or contact them another way, I contacted them multiple times on instagram, in the app (again with great difficulty due to the unclosable tab) and through other accounts on social mediaโs. I received ZERO helpful advice, and I was either told to wait until I was 18 (despite the app closing before I was due to) or I was told to take my money (which was the entire issueโฆ I CANT.) and now iโm pretty sure these thieves are going to close up shop, with my money. this loophole is exploitative and boarder line scam material. do not download this dumpster fire of an app.

A scammer got my credit cash card number by stating they were collecting for a debt that I was paying for several years , they claimed that my debt will be collected by them and that I had to give them my information, it seemed to me to be legitimate so I gave them my cash card number which they soon after collected the amount that Iโve been paying for several months, soon after my card was debited by the collection agency that Iโve been sending the payments to for months, I contacted them stating that another collection agency contacted me stating that they were now collecting for this debit and took my credit card information and shortly after collected the payment it turned out that the scammers hacked into the collection agency that Iโve been sending payments to computer system stealing information of over 500 accounts mine being one of them, I immediately blocked the scammers on my
Cash card account then canceled my account with them and was able to order a new card. Cash pay made it easy to do all this online without speaking to a cash pay representative. Therefore the scammers can no longer steal my money, I got my money back . And now I have a new card with a new card number , on its way. The new card now will have increased security so that no more scammers can steal from me.
I have had my cash app account for awhile and use it pretty regularly. My checks go into this account because the paid 2 days early feature. But I needed to load cash onto my account to pay for a bill that didnโt accept cash. So I was like ok I will just run to Walmart and load the cash onto my card. So I get to Walmart and we try everything to load the cash on my card and it wouldnโt work. So I get ahold of cash app support to find out why. They tell my Iโm not eligible for this feature. Ok thatโs weird why can I not load cash onto my card when needed. They say not all customers are eligible for this feature. Then not one person I talked to could tell me why this couldnโt be an option for me. They just kept saying I could be eligible in the future. I donโt need it for a future date. I need this now. This is unacceptable. I will be closing my account and moving things back to my traditional bank account where I can have control over my account and not be told what I can and canโt do. I think itโs stupid how they control how you load money on your card Weather cash or through direct deposit. I can understand that they want to control overdraft features and loans and stuff like that. but to tell a customer how they canโt load money into their account how they want to is unacceptable. I suggest not wasting your time with this banking app. Iโve heard Chime and the Dave app are way better than cash app. So maybe try them before cash app.
Itโs great til you realize they literally close your account for violating an allusive mystery policy , of course itโs a top secret undisclosed mystery policy that they do not have the decency to disclose, obviously confused , I reach out as they suggested to do if I feel an error has been made and/or to appeal the decision, so, because I canโt make sense of what in the world they are talking about Iโm less concerned with what appears to be a โyou canโt sit with usโ policy, I reach out to understand -they literally dismissed my efforts to understand and just sent 3 questions that I am expected to answer , which I did, they still ignored me and my questions entirely .. . I barely use the appโฆ then am told I will receive a decision in non specific time frame and to look for it in my email as that is where I would receive a response . Ummm, how about no . Zero tact, Zero ability or effort to respond or address anything other than their end of concern while the completely disregard the user, I still have no idea WTH is going on . To me the approach is off, the customer service is lacking , they are dismissive and what could have been just a blip or an innocent mistake and cleared up easily , quickly and respectfully now shines light on what happens when you are shown you have no voice . Forget it .. like there arenโt safer more efficient options that actually have someone there to communicate . Idiots
I used cash app to receive and send more world-wide payments, particularly for the sake of American dollars. I received cash from a friend in America and I was able to withdraw the amount into my linked bank account easily with NO problems. I have no problems with this app aside from the cash limits which can be annoying for an influencer for example. With all that being said, I first joined cash app a few years ago, I was very excited to use cash app as an easy transaction app and I am very disheartened that they will no longer be providing services in the U.K. :(

I am Rob from the United States. Recently I fell into a big scam from a trading platform called metro trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 70,000 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 200,000 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon an account on TIKTOK (HELPING SCAM VICTIMS) where a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency funds with the help of HELPING SCAMMED VICTIMS.
So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 3hrs i feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to HELPING SCAM VICTIMS on TIKTOK SEARCH
Due to two transactions that were fraudulent with the company lyft through the cash app account that I have with Cash app and there has been absolutely nothing done about my money and the simple fact that every time that I have contacted customer service everyone I spoke with has either had had an attitude or no help at all from the Supervisors to the regular reps that get on the phone, no one is willing to help. No one is willing to be understanding and no one is comprehending exactly what Iโm saying and regarding to whatโs going on if it was their funds that are tied up, they would definitely not be happy about the issue if I could write the company a zero star I definitely would. I recommend do not. Nobody to do cash app business with cash app or through cash app. I would never ever do business through Cash App again once this is settled and Iโm honestly thinking about going through my bank to file the dispute because at this point it seems that Iโm not getting anywhere. Iโm frustrated. Iโm tired and itโs not just a five dollar or $10 amount of money. It is $200 that is tied up with cash app and I am not a happy customer about it at all. Cash app definitely does not care about the individuals that does business with them not at all. Iโm definitely writing a letter to the higher ups because if this is how the this company is being ran now, I donโt see it being in business to much longer in the future. #UpsetCustomer
