One problem
I love the wallpapers and you should keep adding them. I love the Jazz and was excited when I saw this app. It is an amazing app and I recommend it if you love the Jazz like me. The only thing that I don’t like in the app is the search Twitter button. It kinda blocks some of the info, and you should just remove it completely. Thanks!!

Amazing
It’s amazing
One of the top 3 or 4 teams the jazz has assembled over the duration franchise!
It’s devastating to now have the Covid/Corona virus interrupt so many sports teams this year.... so many players, from High School and college teams, will postpone or miss out entirely on their most potentially formative events of their sports experiences.

Love the Jazz
It’s great to be able to watch the Jazz, and keep up on what is going on with them.
Great but need to fix a few things...
First of all on the wallpaper option it doesn’t let you save any of the wallpapers which makes it very hard to save them to your photos. Another this is in the photos section when you select save image it only saves the bottom half of the picture. I hope this feedback helped and Go Jazz!

Refunds
For those of us who bought tickets to the jazz pelican game which did not take place ... it was postponed ( yay right) cancelled. With this virus the elderly people that have respiratory problems won’t go into large crowds. We should be able to get our own money back.
Vivid seats wont refund 😬 the jazz should step up and contact season ticket holders and ask them to take back those game tickets.

Great Customer service
Was inbound to the Charlotte game from Southern Utah. We were late and I needed good parking. Downloaded the app to pay for 3 vehicles. Somehow I ended up buying parking for the next weekend. Sent in help request, had a refund by Monday morning. I’ll use the app for all my Jazz needs! Go Jazz ! Rip Kobe and all those who passed yesterday.

Password management is awful
If I could give 0 Stars I would. Every time I am sent tickets my account will never let me log in. My password never changes and your password policy doesn’t match Ticketmaster. FIX IT. Practice good password security policy and the same as your linked Ticketmaster. Unbelievable.
