Can’t get tickets

I have used this app twice for jr jazz tickets and both times have sucked!!! It doesn’t show I have the tickets but the confirmation email says I have and gives instructions on how to redeem them through the app but now I’ve been working on it for an hour with no success. Instructions are incorrect or app just isn’t working but I am looking at a game tomorrow that I bought 3 extra tickets and I can’t get the tickets.

We apologize for the issues with the Jr. Jazz Tickets. From an app standpoint, the app is functioning properly, but the instructions to claim the tickets can be challenging. Please email appsupport@utahjazz.com and we will help. We haven't heard from you yet, so hopefully you were able to clear things up. GO JAZZ!

Jazz have been doing a much better job this year than ever.

It is a little slow but also really good if I’m not at the game it updates really fast so you know the scourge

Too slow

The Jazz app is too slow. Singing in and out of my wife’s account was a disaster after we recently traveled out of the country. It would not take the correct password, let us reset the password or link to her Ticketmaster account. Finally had to cal 325DUNK and actually speak to a ticket agent. (Should also add that our rep did not call back to help either. Give me back flash seats. This app has always been slow and buggy.

This is absolutely awesome

This app is run very well and designed well too. Updates are as quick as the big apps like ESPN and NBA.

Jazz radio

Sad I live in a small town in southern Utah and I can’t even listen to a Jazz game on the radio because of my location. Poor system for sure

AMAZING BUT…

This is an amazing app! It is very useful to me and several hundred people using across Utah. I do have one question however… Before the recent update I was able to get Jazz screensavers every Wednesday but with the new update I can’t find them anymore? Are they still on the app? If they are, where?

Thank you for the review! You can still get the wallpapers. Simply open the app, and scroll to the bottom of the Featured tab on the home screen and look for "Jazz Wallpapers".

What happened to the wallpaper downloads?

Great app but did the wallpaper downloads feature get removed?

I want to listen to the Jazz when they are playing. (Listen to them on my phone). I would like to just be able to listen why I look at the stats. Maybe there is s radio station I could listen too.

Thank you for the review! We would love to provide that for you. The NBA has certain restrictions with listen and watching streams. One of those restrictions is that a person must be within 75 miles of the arena. If this ever changes we will be sure to make listening available!
