This product is trash
I haven’t used it much except as a regular vibrator and for good reason. It won’t connect. I’ve gotten the thing to connect to my phone twice and that’s it. I sit for 29 minutes playing with it and nothing. There’s not even any troubleshooting info available and your faq section on your website is sorely lacking. If I want a regular vibe, I have a better one in my drawer, so this was basically a waste of money.Show lessNotVanGogh

If I could give it 0 stars & get my money back...I would in a heartbeat. But unfortunately there are no returns even though this company is advertising a faulty product. The vibrator is decent, but it doesn’t stay connected, WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT. Extremely disappointing, frustrating & genuinely just sad. Rarely connects or stays connected.
The vibrator itself rarely connects to the app, and when it does, you can count on it disconnecting before you barely get started using it. Complete waste of money.avantdrum
Needs Major Help
Remove or have the ability to hide status with being online or active.
Update the vibe settings so you can actually have some kind of idea of what is happening on the other end. The slider needs to be adjusted to fit current iPhones as I constantly pull the screen back and it swipes out of the app.
The chat system when typing gets smaller as you type more which makes it more difficult to see what your texting.
Can’t share video clips
The photo camera looks and feels very outdated.

Love the app but store keeps breaking
No one to contact for help at Vibease. Going to store to purchase credits and screens links for credit purchases has been disabled. It’s just a flat screen.CPurga
