Awesome invention; great customer service!
I bought a Vibease at the suggestion of a long distance partner and I'm so thankful he recommended it. I haven't yet tried any of the Vibease audiobooks, but being able to let a lover control your pleasure from afar is wonderful. As far as the device itself is concerned, the first one I got was defective and stopped working a couple months in, but I contacted Vibease and they replaced it after I showed them it had died prematurely. I was so happy they take pride in their product and am hoping the second one is better quality; I don't want to go back to regular vibes anymore. :-)Show lessMm322222222222
App crashes
Since the latest update of the app, I have not been able to open it since it keeps on crashing. My phone's software is up to date, and I have tried many different ways to make the app work, but nothing. The only way it has worked is if I delete the app and reinstall it. Which means every single time I exit the app and want to use it again, I have to reconnect the device and all all over again... It's a hassle... Please, I beg you, fix this.Show lessThatgirl161230

I love the vibease it's amazing but the app has a lot of bugs, there are frequent crashes as well as glitches.I tried to record my own fantasy with my voice but when I listen it's absolute silence. That was disappointing because I wanted my significant other to be able to listen. Glitches aside I love this product, the long distance ability, and the fantasy feature. Great job.Show lessAmeliab.
Toy is great, app needs work
This has the potential of being the most awesome toy ever. The app has so many issues. There are no notifications so I never know when I'm being messaged. The toy disconnects from app of idle for only a few minutes. Also, the chat bugs sometimes and gets stuck sending the same messages over and over again. If these issues are improved or fixed... Needs some fixing
The app is great. Only thing we have issue with is the notifications don't work (they worked 12 hours later and seems to never stop). That could be a mood killer if you're not staying in app or you have messages that you don't have notification for trying to get things going. Please fix!MadilynF

Loving this new toy
I was excited to see something like this was finally in the market. Tried it out and it works great for my personal use and for someone else controlling it. The only time that the connection was interfered with was when I would walk just a couple of feet away from my cell, but would reconnect as soon as I got closer to my device. The added bonus is, is that it's comfortable to wear. A stronger signal would be good and will there ever be one made for men?Show lessHappyvibeaseowner
Unreliable connection
Only works occasionally. The chat is terrible, won't give any notifications at all. Needs plenty of work, great idea poor execution.Timmsy73
Great concept, am willing to wait for more
Its a fabulous concept of having a smartphone operated vibrator, having fantasy situations or with a partner. I am more interested in the fantasies, i wish there were more than the three currently available and like I said, the idea is so good that i am willing to wait for them to come up with more. The interface itself if pretty simple, i found it easy to use the first time without any stability issues which some others faced.
