The latest version 2.9.6 update says: This device is not compatible with this app. Receiving this error on iPad and iPhone, though it worked previously.Myke2377

Used for some time, very useful. But just had update offered, tried "not compatible"

What's wrong with this picture?
I've had this app on my iPhone 4, 4s, and my current 5. My 5 for almost a year now. Worked fine, lasts long time. TILL NOW!! All of a sudden I try to update with this current version and I get, "This app is not compatible with this phone." Whaaaat??
That's ok. I just deleted this P. O. S. I'll stick with Speed test and the FCC app.Show lessNighthawk121453

If this is installed on my 5c and works, why can't I upgrade? Am I no longer supported? Noted the 5c is Not listed in the required version. Please advise.........Grampy60

Just says initializing forever... can't use it at all. This has been this way across different devices on my home network. I can't find any troubleshooting or technical requirements to make this function.vabello
