The only thing I don’t like about Go Puff is they made one mistake and they didn’t correct it but it was when I was staying at a motel and I ordered a vape. I didn’t have my ID available at the time I couldn’t find
it so they didn’t let the manager bring it up he left. I contacted Go Puff, tried to get him to come back. I couldn’t do that so I ordered another one and paid for another one. The second time I had my ID then this was like 20 minutes later they never brought me my vape or refunded me my money, but I love Go Puff. I’ve been with them since day one and they are all a bunch of people, really care about the orders and getting them out fast and I’ve probably had 50 orders and they’ve all been OK except for that one time and I still kinda hold resentment against that but oh well it cost me about $7500 but they never refunded me

PS no kidding. You need to try them out if you haven’t they’re great in emergency. If you need something real quick, they can get it to you in 10 or 15 minutes. I really do love you guys.

Love ordering Gopuff + Beneficial ideas (DEVELOPERS PLEASE READ)

My favorite thing about Gopuff is that it’s fast, convenient, aesthetic and easy to use/navigate UI.

However first idea that will definitely benefit Gopuff is to add a feature that will enable customers to add products to your already placed order even after checkout for a specific amount of time. (eg. 3 min) As a person who has ADHD, I find myself to be pretty forgetful and happen to remember some products I forgot to purchase after having checked out therefore I believe that would help a lot of people out who are like me (not necessarily people with ADHD but more so people who tend to be forgetful which is a large portion of population ) instead of having to place a new order. I hope that this will be possible to add and I definitely believe that even this small feature will make people use Gopuff even more frequently.

Also, PLEASE BRING THE POINTS SYSTEM BACK!! 😫 I know that I’m not the first person to ask for that after reading countless reviews therefore it’s of high demand! I had so many points gathered up, next thing I know, that system is unfortunately gone:( I used to use Gopuff as my main delivery app for home goods, toiletries, snacks, etc. with the point system since it gave us discounts and free products that uber, postmates, DoorDash and other delivery services weren’t able to provide so I personally think that Gopuff was superior to any of those delivery services.

Liars

I’ve used gopuff delivery weekly for about 6 months and always tip drivers well, meet them at the door right away and have proper identification. All of the drivers but one have been amazing and I feel for them working for a company that doesn’t care about their livelihood or wellbeing. One time over summer I ordered ice cream with the weekly fam deal, bag packed right away but then sat in warehouse melting for hours, that was what I was delivered, melted ice cream all over the bag and everything else in the bag, was told by CS I’d be getting a refund for the ice cream to my card and credit for the inconvenience as they called it. Another time I ordered express delivery and ended up waiting for my order to be picked up by a driver for 7 hours. Was told again by CS they would be adding credit to my account for the inconvenience. No credit tk be found anywhere in my account, not at checkout, not in the rewards section in account settings, it doesn’t exist and probably had no intention of existing from what
I’ve read with other people who had the same experience and issues. Why lie to your customers especially those who pay for your monthly subscription and repeatedly order thus bringing money to your business and employees? Like why lie to us? It’s so shameful.

Terrible Customer Service and Unfair Policies - Avoid Gopuff!

I had a truly frustrating experience with Gopuff and feel compelled to share it. I ordered some avocados, which, as everyone knows, ripen at home. I waited a couple of days before trying to use them, but they were completely spoiled when I did. When I reached out to their customer service, I was told they couldn’t offer me a refund or any compensation because more than 24 hours had passed since my order.

This policy is ridiculous! How are you supposed to know if an avocado is bad without cutting it open? It ripens over time, and you can't tell from the outside. When I explained this to Gopuff, they gave me a generic, unhelpful response and refused to address my valid concerns. I even requested a refund, but they still won’t help.

Their rigid 24-hour window for resolving issues with fresh items feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. It’s bad enough that they delivered poor-quality produce, but their dismissive attitude toward customers makes it even worse. I won’t be using Gopuff again, and I’d strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering anything fresh from them.

Save yourself the hassle—there are better options out there!

GoPuff is my GoTo I would say that I've been using Gopuff for about two years now I a
moved to Dallas, Texas downtown in a highrise without easy accesz. Sometimes it's just more hassle to get your car out the parking garage to where you're going to get what you need . Will Gopuff is the answer to my dreams. They are there in a heartbeat I swear the only problem I've ever had with delivery is that it's a third-party that delivers it and it's always they don't have a cart or come down and get it. well honey, if I wanted to do that, I would've gone to the grocery store much like you had to spice the fact that it's a high-rise and I'm on the 29th floor, but that's why I have Gopuff also forget to bring a cart if you have more items they can carry I don't have a cart. That's why I called you . I get Late Night snacks ,my oops I forgot to get that at the grocery ,and just anything i need really is available. I love the new fresh groceries and i always find myself Icooking a meal and I forgotten ingredient or something I've been necessity for my recipe. I love Gopuff. They are truly my go to.

Good idea needs work on customer service

I share an an account with my husband which like most services is only under one of our names which with this one was his. I had ordered cigarettes which require ID upon delivery. One delivery driver in particular decided that because my ID for my order didn’t match the account name that he wouldn’t give me the order I already paid for. Mind you we’ve done this countless times before, it’s never been an issue. Because he wouldn’t give me my order (not even the grocery items that didn’t require an ID) My only option was to accept paying for items he refused to give me (which I was not about to do)I had to deal with the horrible customer support for 45 minutes this man sat in my parking lot with my order containing frozen items until finally he came back and gave me my order with the cigarettes. He actually did this to me TWICE. Same guy same order same situation and same 45 minutes of waiting for him to listen to customer service and give me my order. Also he told the people I had an expired ID which was a total lie! It a good service and idea but as far as consistency and customer service they need to work on that.

Customer service brings down the experience

Having ongoing issues with the app. Unable to speak to a human rep by phone because phone contact is explicitly not offered. Have had account and app issues that remained unresolved, despite assurances they were or would be. Fairly certain that pattern is about to repeat as every time I open the app I am told that I need to update my account info to avoid cancellation despite the fact that my current account info is valid and has been confirmed as such by customer service. Fully expect this ends with my card getting charged but my account not being renewed, which is exactly how this went down last month (despite my every attempt to resolve and prevent said issue before then).

All in all, a frustrating experience when other food delivery services are starting to offer a similar product to this. If I am correct and my account gets unjustly cancelled again, that will be the last I deal with this company. Even if it doesn’t get cancelled, having to clear through the error message every single time I want to order ice cream or a bag of chips at midnight is making this experience annoying and not worth it (especially when the clearly scripted text based customer service responses are repetitive, unhelpful, and show a lack of awareness of understanding or even listening to the problem).

Use an alternative.

Sometimes your order will arrive and it’s all good, other times it’s an hour and a half late, the cold/frozen items are warm, some items are expired and some are damaged and crushed.

There is 0 customer service, there’s no way to talk to an actual human. The get help button on the app is just a chatbot that gives you a form to fill out about the problems with the items/order, I have filled out this form and have not received any response back. The other option is the support email, after emailing them about the problems with my last order there has been no response.

The prices on here are high but that’s fine, it’s the price of the service. But you can’t charge these prices then deliver expired or damaged items and then offer no customer support to resolve issues.
