Disappointing
Really slow, frustrating to use
Great app but need support after IOS 13 upgrade

Why am I paying to see a email message :(
V6.2 has bugs - fixed in a flash
Fixed in a flash (thanks) - also had contacted developer and had VERY PROMPT REPY AND FIX (all within a day or so).
This was a one day professional reply and fix. Thanks for the efficiency. Back to 5 stars.
Initial review below one day after v6.2 release:
Recent update noted 1 day ago has bugs!
When app opens, it immediately blanks on screen, but remains open in background.
Delete and reinstall seems OK on 1st use, but if close and open, back to same problem, so must leave open for now and see (3rd reinstall and counting ...)

I apologize for the bad release for the iPad. Please update to version 6.3 that was just released and the crash should go away. In the future, it is best to contact our support through email to get the fastest response.

The app can do attachments. But it may not be the most obvious how to do it. Please contact our support through the support link in the app and we can send you instructions on how to do it.

Overall, the app does a decent job of letting you use Groupwise on a mobile device where you’re not connecting it to the native iPhone mail account. It is faster than the web, but still a bit slow. I’m really disappointed that Face ID isn’t supported. That feature has been available for a while now, so it makes me worry that the developer isn’t making any significant updates to the app anymore.

Face ID was working in pervious releases of the app, but broke somewhere along the way. I fixed this so it should work again in the latest update version 6.2. Give it a try? For prompt service, you are welcome to contact us through the support link in the app.
