Frustrated
This is the only app I pay to use. I need it for work and it is very frustrating. Often times it does not work. Even if I have wifi I often have to resort to data to open it and even doing that it often times does not work. I simply feel if I am paying so much to have it, it should work all the time.Show lessGreat
It works great! I love that I can access all my folders as I can’t do that with my work phone.buggy
When I need to change my password to match my new password at work, there is no way to change it in the app easily. I change it in iPad and iPhone, but it doesn't stick. The app does not allow me the option to change it from within. Sigh,J

Every time you open it, it hangs to open for at least 20-45 seconds before if you are lucky finally opening. This repeated EVERY TIME you open it!!!

I have my Groupwise to not show calendar but the app picks up all calendar entries even repeats up to 2020. I cannot get to received mail until I scroll thru 200 calendar entries... please fix!Developer Response
Unfortunately what you are seeing is just how GroupWise works. All your appointments, etc will show up at the top of your mailbox until you accept or decline them - which moves them to your calendar folder. The Windows client has some ways to work around that, but GroupWise WebAccess, which the app uses does not. The app will show you exactly the same list of email items in your mailbox that the basic interface for GroupWise shows you. Use the GroupWise Windows client to accept those appointments and it will clean up your mailbox so you don't have this problem anymore.Super Happy
I never write reviews but I am throughly impressed with the customer service from this app developer. When my IT dept did little (nothing) to fix the issue with the app locally, the developer helped with a fix around the issue. Back up and running - great communication.
