Most expensive app/works horribly
Pretty sure I pay almost 10 bucks a year for this app. It is just marginally better than logging in through safari. It's by far my most expensive app and works poorly. Almost never lets me know when I have mail. Often times will just hang for a minute or two when I'm first checking mail. It usually takes a couple tries just to get it to load. The only reason why I would ever use this app is because my company still uses the long outdated groupwise email service because they don't want to pay for outlook and won't give us the credentials to use the native email app on our phones. Save yourself the time and money and use safari to check your mail. That a company charges this much for such a poor service gives you an indication that they know who their clients are. The whole service is awful. Constantly logs you out, cannot attach files to emails without first being in the app that hosts the file, cannot save emails as drafts, slow to load, cannot access email when offline. And they have the nerve to charge us for the service of using the app in addition to the cost of using the email service! Difficult to sync the email account with iOS mail app--can only receive email now, not send. Shame on my school for wasting its students' money on this poor service. If I didn't need it, I certainly would not keep it. Zero stars if possible.Show lessB_Mc_C
Mostly works great!
I have very few things to complain about when it comes to this app. For my work, we use Novell GroupWise for our email client. So this app offers a great solution to having my email handy on my phone and tablet at home without having to use our online web access.
The one complaint I have is for the iPad app. When in your main mailbox, it forces you to have a E-Mail selected, rather than just listing your inbox items. I wish it didn't it didn't have to have an email open at all times.Show lessRagingNinja
RIP OFF, DO NOT TRUST
Do not trust this company! I paid $4.99 for their GW Calendar App and now it stopped working (it will not even open on any IOS device) and it now looks to have been replaced by this app.
I would have been fine with the app no longer working if it was free or the refunded my money...but if they are going to charge for the app they should stand behind it.
So my experience with this company is they charged me ($4.99) for an app and then the app stopped working after they replaced the app with a new one that essentially does the same thing. I would not trust a company that allows this to happen.Show lessBeej808
Buggy...
Details count... The App is gives error messages too often for something that requires a subscription. I'm not overly mad about the subscription because when I first started using the App years ago a subscription was required, but it does beg the question of why now? The lack of GW Import is a bother. The developer needs to consider adding the ability to swipe or click an arrow to advance to the next month. Fix the bugs, improve the calendar, and bring back the import (in that order) and this is a five star App. Fixing the bugs alone gets it to three and a half and I would possibly be ok with the subscription nonsense. If not I guess I'll have to use the web browser...but who wants to do that?Show lesshktyre
Unusable in IOS8
Ever since upgrading to iOS 8 I continuously get 1002 error every time I try to view and email and the notifications have stopped working. This is not worth paying a subscription for and Ghosts Pattern will lose my business if this is not resolved soon. Does not work consistently since payment for app
Like the previous reviewer, access to email and diary has been unreliable at best. During the trial it worked consistently so it's annoying that it now doesn't work after paying for a year's subscription.katiesuelew

I don't know if it is a bug or what, but i recently bought a one year subscription and i was really loving the app, but today it asked me to update something for some reason and i now no longer have my subscription, and every time i try to restore it, the app says that my receipt is invalid. Wayyyy better than the previous three apps you had to download. Two things though: one, the app doesn't appear in the apple notification center so I can't configure the notifications. For example, I'm not getting notifications about a new email in my inbox; two, would be great if I could integrate this with iCal. At the very least I really need to get notifications about an upcoming calendar appointment or a task due. Otherwise, this is awesome! Sooo glad to see this! My IT department wasn't going to work with me to integrate our groupwise system onto my iphone so this is really a godsend.
