Terrible for editing!
Interface is terrible. The video compression is none existing. Time for saving is long and file size large.pkjabond

This app is really good and has a lot more features than iMovie and is very simple and easy to use. This would have been a five star review however when you are using smaller or shorter clips the video will not export. It goes to the export screen and is stuck at zero percent and does not export even if you try it multiple times.
I did find a solution to this. What I ended up doing was I screen recorded the video then downloaded a video cropping app and cropped the video down to the size I wanted.

Like many of Kdan's apps, this product just doesn't feel finished.
There are scant options, for instance there is no way to change the aspect ratio of a clip resulting in either pillars or letterboxing when attempting to create 4:3 content.
This is especially annoying if you are using it in conjunction with Animation desk since if you are bouncing content between the two you have no way to composite clips without video desk changing the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 regardless of you output it from AD.
They also neglected to give you any options for fading content in or out, making the tilting features useless.

Friendly and serviceable
The app was easy enough to figure out quickly, and the results were fine. The brushes need to be adjustable for size; they're wider than I'd like for most purposes. Color choices are limited. Nice to have integration with Animation Desk, though I haven't tested that yet. Maybe some of the shortcomings are covered in the premium version, but $10 per month is well beyond what I'm willing to pay for an upgrade.Show lessP.mousse Esq.

This app has potential, but still has bugs.
Annoying to drag and move the annotation, sometimes somehow it disappears ?!?
Import time is still long.
And please support to add music, not just audio record.

Beta, long way from final release ...
This is an alpha or beta version ... Nice idea but extremely buggy and doesn't work (unable to export the videos) ... After spending many hours captioning a video, it fails to export that captioned video ...Doingup
