Unreliable App
I have been using this mobile app on my iPhone since about June 2024. Many times when I dial out, the app will indicate “ringing”, yet nothing seems to be happening, no ringing, just a lot of nothing. This frequently happens in my home office where I have very high speed WIFI connectivity, but it also happens when I’m traveling to a local appointment where other phone calls are not an issue. The app seems unable to consistently make a reliable connection to an even a local number I have just dialed. The tech support solution is always the same, 1) logout of the app, log back-in, if that doesn’t clear the problem, 2) delete the app, download the app, log-in, enable permissions… That seems to fix the problem only temporarily, maybe for a day or two, then the problems resurfaces. Lately a new and even more frustrating problem has emerged. When receiving or sometimes making a call, the screen on my iPhone randomly goes completely dark, to the point where I cannot see anything on my phone, let alone the brightness adjustment. This has had very serious ramifications. I am frustrated because I use this app for my business and never anticipated the overall performance would be this glitchy. I have asked tech support to escalate this issue with their engineering team. I would appreciate the ability to discuss at length with an R&D team the various technical issues I have incurred. This app has a lot of potential, but currently there are too many bugs or design flaws.

So many bugs!!
This app has become absolutely useless. If I listen to a voicemail, I can't call out. I have to close out the app completely every time to be able to place a call. Same thing after making a phone call, I can't immediately make another call unless I close out the app again. Extremely frustrating.

You may as well get a Google number for free. The interface is outdated, is hard to navigate and configure . When you try to make a call it inbounds to your own number. Outbounds call don't go thru. I am paying for a “premium” service and still my calls are shown as “spam” i cant stand this company, it sounds great but the functionality is just to crappy. I am looking for alternatives to switch. I don't understand why my FMO partner with them.

Trying to Cancel
This has been the worse experience EVER! You can’t just cancel they have to have someone call you back and ask you a ton of questions to cancel your account. There’s a reason that the reviews are so low. Take heed
Missing calls
I’m so frustrated!! I put this business number down on all my platforms/ yard signs, everywhere!! and calls are not going through. I call myself on my second phone and the phone doesn’t ring. All customers service tells you to do is uninstall and reinstall. I have to do this every single day and calls do Don’t go through. F my life🗣️

This app has been littered with bugs for a while now. Can't make a call after listening to a voicemail, you have to completely close out the app and reopen it to make the call. Constantly shows a notification for a missed call even after refreshing the screen. Reopen the app and it pops up again. Messaging notifications are wonky. Please fix these bugs already!

Still a ton of bugs
The Recent Calls list does not update that quickly, if I miss a call from someone and they don’t leave a message, I don’t know who called me unless I manually log into the website and check the logs. The Voicemail list freezes all the time not allowing for quick navigation through VM’s and I have to close the app and restart it each time. Lastly, listening to VM’s doesn’t come through paired Bluetooth headsets, have to hold phone up to my ear to hear the message.
Edit: if you listen to a VM and then try to call the person back, it just hangs on "connecting". You have to close the app entirely before placing the call.
