Customer support is outstanding

I have had no problems with notifications or inbound calls currently. It is irritating that the red message notification shows up but I discovered that if you close the app and reopen it quickly, that notification will go away if you have already seen your messages. Today a customer support representative named Omar walked me through my experience of setting up a greeting and managing the app for an incredibly long time – I did not pay for this it was included as part of their phenomenal support team. As a busy entrepreneur, support is critical for me. I will always use companies like this without sending response and support. There’s nothing like getting a live representative within only two minutes. Phenomenal. If there is a glitch or two, at least someone is there to help me fix it in real time. I’m wildly impressed.

If I could give zero I would

This service is absolutely horrible. Does not work properly and the customer support seems to not know how to fix any issues you’re having. I spoke to 4 different people in regard to the same issue all of them gave me 4 different solutions that did not work. Didn’t even have the service for 24hrs and already so many issues. I decided to cancel because I do not want to risk the legitimacy of my startup and I was on hold for 30 minutes. They tried to sell me more stuff and I did not get my money back. Do not recommend if you are looking for a professional edge.

Bad for Messaging & Call Delays

I got a new line to separate my new business from my personal life. My assistant found this for me and I have to say, it is a pain in the neck. Many calls just don’t go through and when I’m calling in for meeting times and it makes me late 5 times out of 10, it makes me look bad. It good for business. Also, the text messages are buried and I can’t seem to move them to where I can see them. I’m done and need to find a new VOIP solution. I send texts and expect them to go right through, but I have a text “processing” right now and it’s been 3 minutes. Last text I sent my client I see never went through. This makes me look REALLY bad and I can’t do this any more.

Horrible Experiences & Serious Time down

They say that you get what you pay for, I suppose that would be 100% correct with this application. This product is a complete waste of time and money.
If you’re serious about your business, and want to be viewed professionally, you might want to reconsider getting this application. I’ve personally been using the app for over five months, with all the executives on my team using the apps as well, including our call center. The application is unstable, especially on the iPhone, and often times there are charges that show up on the account that are unexplained! We have had incidents with this service where our clients couldn’t hear us, or we couldn’t hear our clients! We’ve had issues to wear the application was supposed to be ringing, but it wouldn’t be ringing my phone, it would be going to my personal phone, and the clients would hear my personal voicemail greetings. This is not how the product is supposed to work! I’ve had times where the service has been unavailable for up to five hours!

I do not recommend this product to anyone, look elsewhere! It’s definitely worth the extra cost to have confidence in the service you’re using!

Doesn’t update

As others have mentioned, the customer service is very good to excellent. However this app is so buggy. Voicemail freezes and I have no idea what is happening with the text messages. One minute it shows I have over 200 and the next minute it shows 14. I actually don’t have any unread messages as far as I can tell. I just moved to this company and so want to like it but this is my livelihood. Please fix the bugs so I can get my voicemails and message.

It’s been a hassle

I was having all sorts of issues at first. Push notifications were not going through, so the app wasn’t alerting me when I had a new text or voicemail. I spent LOTS of time on the phone with their techs to resolve the issue. It was a glitch on their end. Once that was finally resolved I was inadvertently charged $230 dollars, somehow they set up a whole new unlimited line while troubleshooting my problem, then charged me for it! I called and they are removing the unlimited line and refunding my money “but next time we will credit your account rather than refund you.” As if it were my fault! If issues continue I will try another app in the future. To their credit, it is easy to get in touch with customer service and they do call back to follow up.

Still a ton of bugs

The Recent Calls list does not update that quickly, if I miss a call from someone and they don’t leave a message, I don’t know who called me unless I manually log into the website and check the logs.

The Voicemail list freezes all the time not allowing for quick navigation through VM’s and I have to close the app and restart it each time.

Lastly, listening to VM’s doesn’t come through paired Bluetooth headsets, have to hold phone up to my ear to hear the message.

Extremely useful

I’ve been a customer for several years. The value is in the constant innovation and upgrades behind the scenes. My business can operate and feel secure in knowing that our communication systems are up to date without work on our side.

It needs polishing for sure!!!!

I was excited to download the App and put it to great use right away. I made a phone call or two and it worked fine. The problem began when I used the Texting feature...it has potential if they can just remove the bugs. Texting out to another phone seems reasonably quick but once the other person responds..good luck in figuring out when the response took place. The app fails to communicate properly when getting a response from another number. I hope this gets fixed soon otherwise I may re-think using the entire service all together. "You're only as good as your weakest link"
