This app needs a lot of work.
Just stopped checking for texts on its own. I have to manually open the messenger on the app and reset it to check texts.
No way to export or save messages outside of the system. Cannot receive video. Pictures come in weird or load another picture on opening. Continuously says I have new texts when I do not and there is no way to mark them as read. Every time I open the app it randomly plays a voicemail, sometimes quite loudly, even when I’m not in that tab. Syncing contacts to iOS is quirky, and sometimes I have to do some research to find out who is texting.

App not working on IPhone 13
The app is not working l can’t see my clients name and can’t send them to certain clients. Please fix this!

Useful service, app needs work
The service itsself is great, very useful. The app has some issues, the biggest in my opinion is that when listening to a voicemail the volume is extremely quiet, no matter if it's thru phone or speakerphone. Useless in any environment that has even marginal background noise. If I weren't using it for a business and deeply committed, I would probably switch services because of this issue, I live off of voicemails left by clients. 5 stars for the service, 1 star for the app.

Scam stay away at any cost
Service isn’t very good and you cannot request cancellation, you can only cancel over a phone call which they never answer.

Difficulty adding contact info
Trying to add a new contact from within the messaging application is difficult. The keyboard overlaps with the typing fields for numbers and emails. Therefore, I cannot see what I am typing nor am I able to copy and paste a number or email into the fields because the keyboard is covering it. When I try to pull down the keyboard and just paste, it opens up the keyboard and I still can’t access the field. It’s frustrating. I also don’t like that we cannot add nicknames to the contacts.

New update is vastly improved.
I’ve struggled with the old app for a few yrs and was about to jump to google voice or some other service. I came here and left a bad review . Then learned the app was updated 2 days ago. had my first few calls using it this morning and it’s much much better. Gave it 4 stars since I have little experience yet. we’ll see how it goes but the relief of all the little glitches going away was worth 4 stars. haha. thank you for finally fixing this!

Could be better
Hard to set things set up. Took me calling customer service three different times before I finally got someone who was willing to help set my settings up. The app allows me to listen to one voice mail then have to close out of app before I can listen to another one; same with text messages. Would be a great system if they could get the glitches fixed.

Scam business
Half of the app’s functionality doesn’t work. But most importantly the whole Phone.com business is a scam, they charge your credit card without issuing invoices (basically stealing from you), make your life a living hell when switching away from them, and do their best not to refund the stolen money. Stay away from this scam business.

Still a lot of bugs, but calling quality is good.
Some calls seem to come in very late so I don’t have a chance to pick them up. (I’m on data only in the app and have Fiber and good wifi at home so should be no issues also my connected polycom phone has no issues). It keeps deleting my favourites in the app. I’ve added them about 5 times now.
Interface is very confusing with both a hamburger and menu items along the bottom.
Lots of features but we need a few maintenance releases here.
