Recipe Manager is created to help you keep all your favourite recipes in one spot. The recipes will be grouped based on the category you choose with options to print (single copy, multiple copies, or page range), post on Facebook, SMS or email to your friends.
There are four functions available:
Manage Categories - Enter the categories (eg. appetizers, soup, etc) for the recipes. Category details include category name and category photo. You can select the category photo from your photo album, delete the selected photo or take a new photo. To search for a category, simply enter the name and the photo will be shown. You can then change the Category photo if you wish. You can also delete unwanted categories. Deleting a category will also delete all recipes under that category.
Manage Recipes - Enter recipe details. Details entered for a recipe includes category, recipe name, recipe photo, description, preparation time, cook time, servings, ingredients and instructions. You can choose the recipe photo from your photo album, delete selected photo or take a new photo. You have the option to change the fonts, font size and colour when entering ingredients and instructions. To search for a recipe, simply enter the recipe name and the recipe details will be displayed. You will also be able to change the details and the recipe photo. Touch the photo to view a large image of the recipe photo. You can also delete unwanted recipes.
Show Recipes - Display a chosen recipe. You can either print the recipe to an iphone compatible printer, display the PDF file, SMS the recipe, post on Facebook or email the recipe. A pdf file of the recipe will be attached to the email and a copy of the recipe will be displayed in the email body. The Facebook post will include the recipe and a photo. The pdf file can also be sent to WhatsApp, Messenger, iBooks, Yahoo Mail, Evernote, Notes, Viber, iCloud Drive, etc.
Unit Conversion - A 'Unit Conversion' option is provided that gives you a further three functions for conversion: Ingredient Measurement (Cup, Tablespoon, Teaspoon, Millilitre and Fluid Ounce), Weight (Metric or Imperial) and Temperature (Celsius, Celsius (Fan-Forced), Fahrenheit and Gas Mark).
There is also a 'Help' button to guide you in using this app.
I have included a few categories and sample recipes as examples.
