Never arrive on time
I used to book a taxi to go to campus, and i always book the night before, and always came 20~40min late on the second day morning(9am), i always late for lessons, "why," i even book on the day before, still late, should it be arrive on time?
Can’t actually book taxi
Every time I try to book a taxi, I either get an error, or I get the booking cancelled a second after booking. The main point of the app doesn’t even work.

Unable to set a destination through the App. It would be nice to have an estimated price. But otherwise, it’s good
App is good but my last driver ruined it.
Never had an issue with this company or the app until one of the drivers turned up early, and then drove off and cancelled the cab because we called him 30s after he called us (we missed the call) even though it was still earlier than we had booked it for - leaving me to “walk” to work on crutches because he couldn’t be bothered to wait. Doesn't send activation code
Tried to register but doesn't send the activation code.
Works wonderfully.
Was unsure at first. But booked it on the app for when I needed. It let me know when it was dispatched with the licence plate. And it showed up on time. Easier than ringing in.
Booked taxi then cancelled before pickup time
I booked a taxi on this app and it was then cancelled without reason and without notification

Nice app easy way of booking a cab however have problems to register but tapped quick register button few times and it was working for me iOS 8 iPhone 5c
Doesn't send activation code
I've tried on numerous occasions to register but it never sends me the activation code, would love to use this but it's useless without the code.
Broken
Keeps asking me to register. I enter my details and tap "Register" and it just clears the details I've entered and sits there waiting for me to enter them again. Crap.
