Cool editing tool! A breeze to customize.
It’s great I’m able to personalize the design layout (and not just the text) for most designs! A huge plus for me! The editing tool has everything needed to freely customize except missing the ‘add-border’ and not being able to replace uploaded photos on photo designs with pre-designed white borders and retain those borders. So you either need to have the set photos you want to use before you customize or suffer having to re-start the whole customization process with fresh design just to have new photos with borders because subsequent uploads remove it and no way to add them back. Otherwise, it’s a pretty cool idea and a breeze to customize!

Other than mistakes caused by me not reading what the product actually was… awesome every time. Fast accurate delivery. Had one item vanish from the universe but was refunded asap. Great company. Worthwhile.
Fabulous customer service
I highly recommend using Zazzle for all your personalized, decorative needs! The products are top notch and the customer service is above and beyond! I placed an invitation order, when I received the order I realized I made an error putting in the wrong month. I contacted zazzle to see if they would honor the same pricing as I had a coupon. They informed me of their 100% satisfaction guarantee and offered to reprint the corrected invitation at no cost to me! This is almost unheard of in this day and age! Thank-You Zazzle, I ordered additional items as well and will pass the word around that you are a quality shop!

Great customer service
There was a mis communication between the service rep and myself and they ended up cancelling my entire order instead of just one item I needed to modify. I was really upset and irritate since it asked to check the item you are trying to modify which I did. I replied to the email asking for someone to get back to me asap. I got an email from Ana at the support desk letting me know they are investigating what happen. Today I get an email letting me know that they apologize for the confusion and misunderstanidng and made things right. From an upset customer I’m a happy customer and will recommend Zazzle to my family and friends. Great customer service

Good site, but delivery unreliable
Have been uploading and creating to Zazzle since 2011. I love the option to fully customize my work, since I create my own greeting cards as well as other merchandise with my photos. Being able to sell through an on line store and their marketplace is also a perk. The work is printed by them and looks professionally done and for the most part, how I’ve intended it. This year, 2023, for the first time I have found major problems with delivery time. Items used to be on my doorstep within a week. Now, it’s closer to two weeks and some items seem to not arrive at all. When I check tracking, they are in NC, LA, NY, KS, PA and all over the map. I live in So Cal and their headquarters are in Redwood City, so why are my products shipped from across the country and sometimes stuck there? It doesn’t happen with all my orders but more often than not. As much as I love Zazzle, this could end up being a deal breaker if not improved on.

love zazzle but this app needs a lot of work
I’ve used zazzle on desktop, and I am a Zazzle Premium subscriber for years now and was excited to try the app! but the “Create-Your-Own” is severely technically challenged.
when i type in “clocks” to search, and click on Create Your Own clock, it just keeps sending me to the same page where I click on it over and over again and nothing happens.
when I try to add a design, none of my media loads, I have tried over and over again to upload media and it keeps showing that i have no media to add to my design. I am signed in to my account where I have sooo many designs that are not loading.
very frustrating because i wanted to love the app but its kind of useless as it is right now, as I am completely unable to customize any products.

Suckiest app and customer support
The customer support was extremely unhelpful with resetting my email on the account. They are clearly clueless. I signed up for the account on Zazzle using my AppleID with my actual email hidden, so Apple provided a cryptic email to Zazzle. Unfortunately, either due to Apple or Zazzle’s fault, the email forwarding from this email to my actual one did not work properly, so I didn’t receive any emails from Zazzle about my order. Moreover, when I signed up for Zazzle using Apple ID, I didn’t have to create a password.
So now I am caught in a loop: in order to reset my email, I need to provide the password. But since I never had to create one, Zazzle tells me that I need to set it up. And the reset link gets to email, but it never comes to my actual email! Clearly, the forwarding from the random/cryptic email address from Apple does not work. I need help with resetting email on my account and Zazzle is absolutely not helpful about it. And the app just keep giving me an error messages.

Business Cards
What a selection! I came on here hoping to make a cute business card for my pet sitting business. I figured I would have to design it myself as it’s not your typical business card. NOPE! There were HUNDREDS of pre-designed pet sitter business card templates and I had the hardest time picking just one! I get so many compliments on my business cards all the time. They are also easy to change if you want to add or update anything between orders. I’ve already ordered them twice and will definitely be checking out their other products. Thanks Zazzle! 😊
