  • Not good anymore

    Paysera used to be very good service. It is now impossible to withdraw more than $500 per day from PayPal and they blame Visa card issuer for this while Visa works totally fine with all other banks I have.

    In addition to that, they recently were not able to perform international transfer to another bank account. The money was returned to my Paysera account after 5 days but the processing fee of 60 EUR was taken from my account for whatever reason.

    The app itself is buggy lately (not possible to see available balance and recent transactions). Lastly, their customer support is pretty bad and useless regarding PayPal limitation. Not recommended at all.

Please try logging out and logging back into the app. This should resolve the issue for the moment as the system needs to be reloaded. If you still experience issues please let us know. We would like to help you with your issue regarding the international transfer, but we can't identify the problem without more personal information. Please contact customer support with full details via support@paysera.com and they could investigate why the transfer did not go through.
  • The main screen just blank.

    Hello,I don't know why,maybe it's because of the new update,but now,when I open the app,my main screen is just white with no bank account information,I can't see how much money is on my bank account,but when I switch to the card information screen,it show's me how kuch money I got on the card,can this be fixed?

    Always great service yet prompt and reliable, would recommend for anyone from small transactions to higher amounts

    I recommended i visa card and I didn’t get i lost 16 euros for nothing without refund why s dat ?
  • Privacy

    The company and the app doesn’t follow the privacy rules and account deletion option doesn’t actually do anything. It’s been a month since I started the process, still no result. They even stopped answering my emails.

    After the last update ios 16 there is no transaction history in the Paysera Apps .
