I sent clear passport and face photos, but they were rejected. It looks like ethnicity discrimination. Don’t ever use this app.Bad bank

The app was working fine at first. However things took a turn when order my card. I order the card a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Then I received payments from my clients which all got blocked. I didn't know why, and thought the paysera team would call me and tell me what's wrong with the payments. However, I received an email from paysera which basically said that I was “ a terrorist and criminal” and that my account would be frozen and under review for 30 days which they can extend an UNLIMITED amount of times! Moreover at this point the payments had bounced back from paysera and my client had paid me a different way. I did not mind that they were doing a review, but I was abused and profiled by paysera. I have also closed my accounts with them and don't recommend anyone to use their services, specifically if ur in the UK.Show lessCan’t do a transfer with an app
By clicking “Repeat”, it gives me a pop up to enter amount to tranfer, but after clicking “Continue” app says “wrong password”. What password?❤️❤️

Bad experience with Paysera, they don’t answer your inquiries about when they refund your money from a transfer that you made from another financial institutions. They start asking from where did you got this money and they say they gonna need proof even if your family gave you this money for any reason, it was like 1300 euros (under daily limit and monthly limit) … I asked to return money back to original sender account which is me , but they put you on a waiting list forever and they don’t care if you need the money or you have bills to pay!
