Mobile App is a Rip Off
Downloaded and used Mobile App. Set up account, purchased a wash, no way to activate it. Thinking I had missed something, I went back to the main screen, click the wash again, No Activate choice again. Car wash did not notify Entrance either time. My account history shows 2 car washes and my car is still dirty.
No way to contact owner for a refund! Contacting City Hall and Better Business Bureau to help prevent others becoming a victim.

Great customer service and convenience
I always use the app to pay. It’s easy and quick! Today at a location I always go to, the car wash was not working. I used the app to pay, then pulled up to the car wash and it wasn’t working. I called and emailed them about a credit. They quickly resolved my issue in minutes!
There’s no way to report issues. Steals from you.
I’ve been using this app for a while and it was really handy at first until you realize how it steals money from you. The issue is that there is absolutely no way to email or contact ANYONE through the app to report an issue. I bought 12minutes through the app and after I sent it through I realized the bay I was using wasn’t lit up anymore. So I waited a bit to see if it would still function but nothing ever happened even though the app said it was sent through successfully. I understand that the main issue is with the car wash. I had to Google the car wash to get a phone number to contact anyone. I called the number and left a message and didn’t get a call back. If the app had a way to report issues like this, it would make things so much easier. I want my $6 back, yeah it’s “only $6” but it’s just the fact that I spent the money and got screwed. I’m probably going to switch back to cash and ditch the app after going through this issue.

Most FRUSTRATING App!!! Run away!
I purchased a monthly car wash from a place that uses ONLY this app for admission! BIG MISTAKE! I’ve come to wash my car SEVERAL times only to have the app tell me to “try again later” that it’s currently offline. This time this happened IMMEDIATELY after I just witnessed another car get washed right in front of me. There is no customer support website nor call line. Guess I’ll be canceling THE CRAPPIEST membership I was ever dumb enough to buy!

I have Used the Scrubs Touch4wash for years
I love these scrubs, Touch4Wash, in Gainesville Florida. I’ve been using it for years for automatic car washes and it does a great job. I recently had a problem with the app and I was charged several times for transactions that didn’t go through and the owner immediately refunded the money. That was a one time situation, but it proved what good owners they are. Recommend it.

Great Membership
I have used the membership for over a year and I’m very happy. The equipment does a nice job, the facilities are well kept, the convenience is appreciated, and Jim at Touch4wash and the employees at Mudbusters give great customer service.
You have to delete the app if you login on a separate device.
In my life I’ve never seen an app where you need to fully uninstall it if you login on another device. What weenie-hut Jr programmer did this?
Stole 1 of my washes
Bought a membership and 1st time I go to use it the machine didn't recognize the app purchase resulting in me having to use a second wash in order to get my car actually washed.
Great Customer Service
I accidentally submitted my card 2x and with in minutes on contacting them through email my issue was resolved. I was shocked because it was almost 8pm most places get back to you the next day. Very please with their customer service. Also I love the touch less option!!!
Car wash owner rips off customers; ignores refund requests
On December 17th, I went to this location and purchased an AutoWash via Apple Pay in the app. The wash turned out to be broken / non-functional. I turned the sign around that said “open” to “closed” so other customers wouldn’t be ripped off also.
I emailed the owner at their website; no response. Used the website form; no response. Called the phone number; no answer but instructions to text. Texted the number; no response.
Apple cannot refund Apple Pay purchases via this app (because they aren’t categorized as in-app purchases). So you can be easily ripped off when a wash isn’t working with no recourse.
