Hardly works
Not sure if it’s the app or the car wash I go to but this never works. I’m uninstalling as I’m sitting at the car wash, purchase a car wash, start it and nothing happens at the car wash. Nothing! Switching back to using card at the car wash.
App needs som work
I downloaded the app yesterday and have tried using the car wash twice and it will not work. People in line tell me the same happens to them often. This history of washes said I have used it twice and I have not gone the wash yet
WORST APP EVER
I try to get my free wash or so theyclaim and after getting my “free” wash only to find out I needed to be in line! App is also super laggy and nasty! PLUS IT CHRGES YOU RANDOMLY!
Apple pay and sign in with apple
Please add apple pay support for payments and sign in with apple support for creating accounts and logging in.
Can’t register
I get an invalid data 105 error message and can not register. No place in app to contact for help.
Great at Taking Charging Your Card
But no car wash activated and no onsite support.
Convenient and Intuitive!
Just downloaded the app and used it at the Casper, WY 2nd St location! Worked perfectly!! I was able to choose which lane I was in, which wash I wanted, and started it when it was my turn! I love that I can earn points towards free washes too! The best part is that there is a choice fore TOUCH FREE wash!

Equipment malfunction
I purchased the unlimited car wash service only to hardly use it because it never works. I literally just tried to wash my car and all it did was spray water at my hood and then sounded the alarm for me to exit.
When I tried to contact Scrubs Car Wash via telephone (+1 (352) 337-0413), I found out their number was disconnected! Who do I discuss my concerns to!?

Not impressed.
It charged me and I got no water in the do it yourself bay. No instructions to follow and it was NOT intuitive . The office would only take my name to “email corporate “. And my pickup is still dirty 👎👎

This finally worked as expected at Silver Bluff Aiken SC. YAY!
