Easy to use, except when selecting pay bill option from main menu it does not work.
Zelle isn't working
Every time I tap "Enroll With Zelle" I get an error message. The description said to click transfer during the enrollment process for Zelle but it's nowhere to be found. I had received $100 through Zelle but I can not accept the money because this is preventing me from doing so. I really need help ASAP.

Not crazy about the app. Touch ID doesn’t work all the time, then you need to call customer service instead of being able to reset online. One time I called customer service and was the 18th caller in line. Waited for 45 minutes.
Good service
It is convenient to transfer money and be able to check balance from local bank. Always going to bank is chaotic!
Fast and easy
Really hope out to check and move your money in your accounts instead of going or call your local branch. Wish there was more theme layouts but it okay. Thanks for having a app Sun Community Bank.

I like the fact that you can use the app instead of having to login on a desktop since I’m usually on the go. Very user friendly!! Love the last update done. Keep up the good work!!
