Add Zelle - let users select their limits please
You really need to offer Zelle payments. And you really need it to extend the limits on transfers. You should let customers set their own limits for payments. If I want to pay for a table and it’s $3000 and I want to use Zell I should be able to do that. Or if I want to pay a bill I shouldn’t have to break it into three different payments to keep it under your imposed limits.

Just don’t like it as much as previous version. This is harder to read. Please take into consideration that I graduated from High School. With highest honors in the top of the bottom 25. I did the 6 year program cause I wanted to. Just kidding. Ok so numbers should be in RED as a withdrawn and when money is deposited it should be green. My only beef.

Room for growth
It would be efficient if we could chat with an agent if we have concerns or questions. When calling the call center wait times are long. Most people have jobs and it makes it difficult to get a hold of an agent during normal business hours ( work days).

Easy to use. Deposit checks by phone. Make deposits or withdrawals at any Credit Union ATM for FREE. Really no need to ever go to the bank. Bill Pay. Great app 👍

When you first open the mobile app there is a message that says something to the effect “if this is your first time - - - - - - . Not sure why I have to keep seeing those types of messages every time? Obviously after I clear the message the first time I shouldn’t have to see it again. I would rather be able to just enter my password without having to move things around so I can get to a clear space for the password.
