Checks can’t get deposited
It is extremely difficult to get the pictures of a check right, even with a good contrast, lighting and clean hand writing, the app just won’t accept it

Poor App
For months I cannot take pictures of checks I want to deposit. I notified the bank employees several times but they don’t seem to care. I am constantly to change to another bank. Poor customer Service.

The app is fine. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to see and print statements. Other than that, everything was easy to use.
