Scam or Robbery Bank

If you’re thinking to open DIB account please read my honest review carefully. I’ve been using DIB for a long time and on 19th July 2024 I came to know that DIB is a scam and deducted money from a lot of customers for no reason, for me they deducted 400 AED which has already deducted on 13th June 2024.

Blocked in Belarus

I am overseas and can’t login to pay my credit card. What’s the point of blocking the app in certain countries that UAE has multiple flights per day to.

Walah not good customer service so many times I contact them to unblock my card but nothing at all even just to contact customer service is too much drama even one star it’s more for them

Predatory marketing

I’ve not been a DIB customer for over 10 years and I’ve tried to opt out of your marketing for years. Very poor marketing practice. Please stop spamming me.

Under no circumstance use this bank, very bad service, if you are outside of country and need any help their response is <you need to visit our brach in Dubai>.

Very poor banking service

I’m using credit card and when I am trying to register on app it’s not working
When I’m calling landline I cannot contact anyone it’s saying my card is blocked

Apply pay stopped working?

I just updated to the new ‘alt’ version of the app. Seems mostly the same, a wrapper around a website rather than a full app (so same subpar experience), but for some reason my Apple Pay for my DIB card stopped working.

Caution advised before updating.

Updates

Every time I got in the app it request to upgrade. It’s frustrating. Maybe do it only once every six months not every other week
