Wouldn’t accept return of a faulty item
So this company has come a long way because of cosumers like me. But when you face a problem, these people just turn their back. It has happened to ke twice already that they wouldn’t ever try to solve your problem. This time they are telling the my cannot pick up the item for return from the location they delivered to. What is this stupid logic?? We called them some 20 times but they don’t even intend to solve your problem. You tweet, they ask you to come to direct message and then their support team just ignores you. What a service you people are giving. Disappointing experience
Its fine when goods turn up..but its really disappointing when they cancel your order without telling you or without giving you any reason..and keep your refund on hold for like 15 days...also, later don’t even give the whole refund..its really upsetting..i won’t use this aap ever againjvicugjdnchd
