This app used to work well, but since having not been updated in 4 YEARS, it obviously hasn’t kept up with technology updates for the systems running it. Lately it has had a difficult time connecting with a server when on iPhone or iPad, and when/if ut does, it is randomly deactivated while running in the background without any notice. What good does that do? When running the version for computers, it never connects and just shows “error”.

The service is supposed to be free and covered under my AOL total advantage platinum plus subscription, but it says my subscription has expired and wants me to pay for it. Why is that?T-Rowe

I was surprised at how easy this was!
I’m not the most technical person and I was a little bit nervous about installing something on my phone and laptop -but I’ve already had my identity stolen twice and I know that wifi really isn’t safe and that I wanted to protect myself.
