Difficult to install - is it worth it? NO
Did not download correctly. Ah, Safari cannot be in private mode I see in the help section online.Three techs at AOL, a dropped call , and 50 minutes on the phone. So, now installed correctly but I must wait up to three hours for the password to complete the installation, they tell me. Is it the app or AOL?
DAY 2. I didn't get the password to complete. Tried again with now a fourth tech rep. Went through the same script twice with her. At the same point that we needed to get off the script to actually focus on the problem as yesterday, the call was "dropped" in the same way. I give up. My problem is clearly with AOL. I can't say what happens if you get this apart from AOL.Show lessForesightH

Don't waste your time
This app is either riddled with bugs or is just poorly designed. It shuts itself off whenever the phone goes into sleep mode so you aren't "protected" when you re-open Safari or your email app. Other times you'll be greeted with an error message that says "The l2tp-vpn did not respond." Trying to uninstall it makes the phone freeze. I had to wipe the phone clean to get rid of it. Stunningly bad.Show lessLong time AOL user
Does it eliminate my work VPN settings?
I have to use the VPN, sometimes, that my work requires and as it is the iPad only seems to handle one VPN configuration, which can either be enabled, affording access to the network at work as well as the internet, or disabled, giving access only to the internet. So it isn't clear how this app can "install a few VPN settings" and allow me to use my work VPN settings. So the millions of us who have work VPN settings quite probably cannot use this.Show lessCardiff space man

Installed on laptop and iPad with no problems. iPhone different story. Numerous install/deletes. Customer support was awesome. It is now installed on the iPhone. I think tho that the problem was with me and not the program! Have already used it at Starbucks wifi. No problems. Very satisfied. PeterShow lesswatchace

Contacted support. It takes less time to call them (approximately 30 minutes )then to chat over Internet. Needed instructions for VPN. They said to put it on automatic, but find I'm noble to save settings so it doesn't work.drnrgizr2

WiFi protect
I really am glad they have one for the phone. I FO have one for the home computer. I always worried about WiFi everywhere and people picking up things from my phone. Now I won't feel apprehensive in public.Nk crew
