The taxi drivers regularly overcharge if you are not Bulgarian. Very disappointing.Technology Enjoyer

Taxis don’t come unless you offer them extra money
Used to be good, now no taxi will come unless you offer them at least 20% on top. Then they still expect a tiplarry_
Poor customer service/poor app futures/ good drivers
In general the app has A LOT MORE to be done. For some reason 2 days isn’t taking the money from my card. I wrote to support (if there is some) i don’t want the driver to end up without payment… rubbish payment options with cards. I put 2 different cards still sending me messages about not enough money in the card when there is plenty… i dunno it works like BOLT but only for cash works goodShow lessmmmmmmammmmm
