I thought if I placed the order at least then it would show but it didn’t, and I had to cancel it (and they said if I cancel too many times I will be banned)
Overcharged
The taxi drivers regularly overcharge if you are not Bulgarian. Very disappointing.
Can’t even get this set up
I’ve input my card info 3x and I get an error message that doesn’t explain what’s wrong.

This is a easily navigable app. The taxis on the other end are friendly and quick.
App Doesn’t Work
Downloaded app. Tried to set up account yesterday. Still waiting.
Taxis don’t come unless you offer them extra money
Used to be good, now no taxi will come unless you offer them at least 20% on top. Then they still expect a tip
Poor customer service/poor app futures/ good drivers
In general the app has A LOT MORE to be done. For some reason 2 days isn’t taking the money from my card. I wrote to support (if there is some) i don’t want the driver to end up without payment… rubbish payment options with cards. I put 2 different cards still sending me messages about not enough money in the card when there is plenty… i dunno it works like BOLT but only for cash works good
