Impossible to use!
Requires phone validation and I tried twice on two UK numbers and never got the text, so waste of time. Also clunky app and blindly finding the switch to English was not easy.MLBarnes

Hi, Just a quick note - you don't need to create an account to get a taxi. You can simply install the app and request a taxi right away. Sorry for the inconvenience with phone verification - we have had some problems with the SMSs reaching our clients. The process works smoothly for the majority of the cases, but fails for a handful. Our logs show that the SMS has been sent, but it appears that they are not being delivered to customers' devices. We are investigating this issue and working with our partners and carriers to identify and resolve the problem. We suspect that the delivery failure might be related to roaming settings and/or restrictions. In the meantime, if you are still experiencing difficulties, please tell us at support@taxime.to - we will be happy to assist you, verify the number manually and get you rolling.The best service

Doesn’t work with an American number
I’ve tried to register with two separate American numbers, one on Verizon, the other is a fully digital number on Google Voice. Neither one received a confirmation text to even be able to complete the signup. Who needs taxis the most? Tourists. If this is fixed I will change the rating, but in its current state it’s literally unusable.
This is the exact same issue I had with Maxim, something about these Bulgarian cab apps just don’t play nice with American numbers, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t require it to use the app and you could use an email or something else instead.Show lessSWJenks

Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback. First of all, if it wasn't clear - you can use our services and get a taxi without creating an account. Regarding the account - we checked our logs and see that there are a number of accounts created with US phone numbers in the last few weeks. Is it possible that you have some sort of restrictions from your carrier? Could you write to us through the app, so we can further troubleshoot?Mr Gordon Kerr

I know Uber is banned here in Bulgaria, but have the TaxiMe app developers never used the Uber app?! My recommendation is to take the whole team to an Uber city, use the app for a week, then come back to Bulgaria and use TaxiMe for a week. It’s so bad, it’s hilarious. The app looks like trash to be fair. When you open another app or click home button then you have to start search from the beginning, everything rolls back. Not enough cars too. It seems no one supports this app anymore…shaitanYasya
